But Andrea, a week or so ago this wasn't a problem.

Something has changed in the MSE forum software to bring this issue to the fore.

Was just about to post about this when I found this thread.

I first noticed it on my mobile (Android) when I replied to a thread, but assumed I had accidentally pressed some extra buttons in some way. It was fine when I edited the post to remove the !!!8217; and re-add the s. I've just seen a few more while reading a thread on the Credit Cards board.

This has been happening on Windows 7 for around 1 week. (Firefox 58.0.2 & IE11)
