It's in your own hands, the forum team obviously is not in a hurry to fix the problem, it's up to the users to stop using the apostrophe and let the grammar police take a run and jump.
Personally, I disagree.
Why should anyone have to concentrate on not writing correctly (when they know how to) just to get round the broken forum software?
Regardless of the grammar police or the iLovemyiPad brigade or any other software that autocomplete's it's text

Rubbish. It's not the same people at all.
iOS users that change their own settings after following the advice in the OP only get their future posts 'fixed'. Then there are people like me who don't even use iOS devices, don't have the issue with their posts, but still find it harder than it needs to be to read other peoples posts.
Meanwhile, only a small minority of the people who use this site bother to come to threads like this or even to the site feedback section of the forum at all. They just continue posting away not knowing or caring why posts are full of gibberish.
