Hope they don't delete that & hope you find a cure for your DD.

MrEH uses a combination of Sudafed and Sinutab - one during the day and one at night as one of the two is a "non drowsy" one which will affect sleep. He also takes a dose of tablets as soon as he feels that warning "tingle" in the sinuses. That's a good tip about the Boots own brand option.
Something else he has found helpful is that again, as soon as he gets that warning tingle he cuts right down on consumption of dairy products too - he was sceptical about that but it was something I had read could be worth trying and in fact he's had to admit that it's definitely been a good thing to do. I agree with the dairy products, sometimes cheese is a real trigger. But other things too. Convector heaters, gas fires & even car air conditioning.

I just want to sympathise with your DD. I suffer from sinusitis too (although thankfully very rarely) and it is awful. The worst case I ever had was just before my 21st birthday. My mum wanted to buy me something special so we were looking at jewellery. I couldn't even look in the shop windows as the lights were so bright they hurt. I could feel it in my teeth and gums. I haven't had it as bad as that since but I still prefer not to have it at all. She could try steaming too. It can give a little relief as long as she's not leaving over.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

Life essentials sound good, not a bad price for it and shows you need a budget for that.
Lots on the list and knocking some off is a great start.
Hope DD feels better soon.
Maybe charging ex for storage, at triple the price, would help steer his focus.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Thanks MF, BadMemory, EH and GAP
Well got through course. Still need to book exam. Need to sort webcam and mic first. One has arrived. Need to see if it's any good.
Have to physically go in to work tomorrow. Hopefully not for too long.
DDs meds still not in stock. Frustrating.
Ex now says not renting storage as he'd soon pay what items worth to store. So I can potentially keep X thing. I said offer it DS.
It would be great though if he changed his mind about taking the dryer...
He has been offered some free storage via work so he plans to use that and see how far that gets him.
Apparently he and DD have received letters from my solicitor regarding the new mortgage and transfer of equity so things are moving. DD has agreed to get a neighbour to witness her signature. Ex is paying £99 for online id check.

Thanks Tahlullah.
I decided to have more balance by not going to the class. I've felt dangerously tired this week - as in - I should not be driving tired... nearly crashing tired. Ex has gone out for the evening to decided to stay home. Cooking myself bangers, beans and mash for tea and enough for tomorrow too.
Most of my to do list is still to do - but then it was a work day. Can potentially follow through on solicitor bill and will tomorrow.

Definitely the right thing to do, to give the balance a miss. You'll feel better when you have a bit more energy. Bangers and mash and the house to yourself - lovely"Think of many things, do one"
