It will be a squeeze, but in a couple of years the £50 will be covered by payrises. A positive is there's less to repay.
Your sister's offer is another positive. Accept her offer as it's one less worry having an EF started.

Thanks for the vote on the shed - I think it will be like a giant lantern in winter when I choose to leave the light on... Lovely glow...
Work is full on. Did 4 days work in 3. Hopefully tomorrow will see the last of this part of the work and then I can perhaps take some time back Friday.
I saw my counsellor today and went in feeling tearful - and came out having laughed a fair bit at the ridiculousness of life. That's my definition of a good counsellor... I nipped to MnS for treat food so currently tucking into cake... Boss rang me on my way home and I managed to delegate something to her PA so all good.
Did Body Balance tonight. I was almost able to sit cross legged - so pleased with that.
I'm currently waiting for the mortgage people to confirm next steps. I also need to chase my solicitor...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

There's something in the air at the moment with hours and having them back to create a long weekend would be good. Delegation is always a positive.
Fingers crossed with the mortgage and hopefully that will all get wrapped up soon.
Cake was a much deserved treat.

Thanks Sandy, MF and Jwil.
Well I worked 4 hours today then went to bed for 2.5 hours. Didn't sleep but it did help with the crazy eyes look. Even my boss was saying I needed to go lie down in a darkened room. Thankfully, I am going out for a meal tonight with a friend so I am hoping that will re-energise me. Not seen her for a couple of months and her DD has just gone to uni so should have plenty to talk about.
I caught up with my solicitor before work - she finally sent me some docs through - almost a week late for 10 lines of info. Anyway... hopefully that means the final version can be shared with Ex's solicitor tomorrow.
Not heard back from the mortgage broker so just left him a VM.
At least now I know there's no valuer coming I don't need to over-worry about mess in getting Ex and DS to bring down stuff from the loft so we can go through it between now and the divorce absolute. So I think tomorrow night I will suggest that. Ex wanted DS's help in getting stuff down as some of it is so heavy and DS now leaves a week on Saturday. He had to go to London today for work - and left the house at 5.45am and comes back around midnight! Naturally that woke me up... and I couldn't get back to sleep this morning. Bless him though...
Thankfully it's Ex turn to get DD tomorrow so I won't have a 100 mile round trip to send me over the edge - and I get 3 hours of peace. I will be working tomorrow but hopefully much less intensely than the last couple of weeks!!

The shed looks fab! I love the idea of a giant lantern.
Sorry about the valuation disappointment. I had a similar valuation disappointment recently too so I know how it feels.
