Sorry to hear your news. I hope everyone is ok and DS/DD are understanding.
However amicable it is it must be difficult for you all now.
It was a brave decision to make and share.
Take care of yourself and the family, G.

Keep sorting things between yourself as it will be less stressful and helps retain a civil relationship.

Sorry to hear your news but obviously right for you both, perhaps it's been a factor in you being so unsettled over the last few weeks.
I hope the process is not stressful and you can move on with the next part of your life.
Keep looking after yourself, H x5 -
Just popping in to echo everyone else's sentiments SH. It can't have been an easy decision to make, but you can start the process of moving on now. Take Care, Sandy x"Think of many things, do one"

Thanks guys for your continued support.
Well I filled a bin bag and charity bag today with stuff I was decluttering. Sadly though I knocked some oil over my bedsheets and it soaked through the mattress protector onto the mattress. I've managed to turn the offending part of the mattress and tried to blot it up with paper towels - but not sure I'll manage to get the oil out of the sheets. Luckily I found an old mattress protector in the airing cupboard so I have put a towel over the offending patch and then put a clean sheet on the bed... When I do get the money - the mattress already needed replacing but... I will probably need to wait until more like January from an affordability perspective...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
