Mindfulness is good, promotes focusing on us and not everything going on around us.
Hopefully the Church will provide the support needed, as they've been good before.
The meds are helping with the whole package, without sleep the body cannot deal with everything it has too, your weightloss is one benefit; congratulations that's a really good reduction.
Not much debt left, which is another pressure off too.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • Sending you best wishes and hugs. Hope Church provides some good support for you. Glad the meds and sleep are helping. So pleased for you with the debt, really not long left now 😊

  • Oh I love the day the cleaner comes (not that my house stays clean for long afterwards lol), I would give up wine and chocolate before not being able to pay for the cleaner!

Nice to be able to get into work for some human contact, I am really missing that (which surprises me as I am a massive introvert lol). I can't wait to get back to an office, although am sure I'll be complaining about the commute pretty quickly 😳

    Sending hugs SH.

I like the idea of allotting a time for worries.  Better than just letting them take over at 3am (me).

The weight loss/reduced appetite is a great side effect for you in your current position.
Hopefully this makes you laugh: my side effect was I didn't need to use air freshener after using the bathroom for a whole month! (I get through a lot of air freshener).
    Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000
    Mortgage today = £161,690.76

I'm glad you are taking time for self care.  Hope things improve for you soon.   Well done on the weightloss.

So much going on in your life at the moment Savings.  I hope you are able to take a step backwards and smell the roses - you have a good plan in place to help you focus on your wellbeing and that it good.  We so often overlook ourselves whilst caring for others.

I hope the mindfulness helps along with the easing of so many concerns.

    This too will pass.

Thanks DIA, Tahlullah, Jwil, GAP and Rugby
I'm bobbing along. Just had a lovely walk with the dog around our local park. Will share some photos shortly. I saw squirrels, baby ducklings / geese, coots, mallards, as well as lots of things in bloom. I tried to spend time taking in the scenery and sat on benches at intervals while my dog tried to madly run in every direction.
