Yes I have had it that colour before. Recent stress is helping me lose weight. Hoping to continue with reduced calorie intake even after things ease. I am also prioritising rest and sleep more.
I have bought some adult colouring postcards and nice pens as portable and less messy stress relief.

Broke the toilet seat today leaning weird to put my socks on!!! Not the best start to the day!! Thank God we have an EF to cover stupidities like that...
I bought a variety of pressies for DH to give me for my birthday - so I actually get something I like. Also ordered myself a new top with fluted sleeves as well as buying various bits for DD's birthday. Expensive month so far. Due to see MIL later.

Yay for haircuts and beauty treatments and a return to normality. Still trying to manage my MH at the moment. Listened to a couple of free happiness podcasts today which were helpful about cultivating awe in the natural world, looking at landscape pictures for at least 40 seconds as part of a mindfulness mini-break and assigning time for 'worries' rather than letting them take over the whole day.
I reconnected with our church yesterday after having taken some time out and they are being supportive and have arranged to come over on Thursday. Will see how that goes... Also got some counselling starting from next week. I've agreed with work that I will go into the office part days some days of the week - because at the moment WFH with other stressed people is not helping... I have loads of flexi credit - so don't have to work a full day if I don't have a specific deadline to meet.
Currently still losing weight by eating less and going to bed for longer... helped by some new meds. Happy side effect seems to be reduced appetite... 11 pound weightloss now - in a very short period. I just hope I can keep it up as my weight was and still is really bad!! I don't think the GP will prescribe them long term though. Will see - I may point out the positive impact its had on my weight and see if they will extend. Spoke to the scan people today - they are looking at my abdomen in general but particularly my liver... I don't drink alcohol so it's not that... Will be interesting to see what my weight loss impact is on my blood test results - as I'm due a retest around 24/5. Hopefully it will take me back out of pre-diabetic range.
Need to buy DD her birthday cake and some chocs she's asked for tomorrow. Then need to do her a few wrap ups ahead of her 18th on Thursday. She mostly wants money. My sis is going to have her over on Sunday and they will pick her up and bring her back so that will hopefully that will be good for her and give us a break. Almost pay day and then will make another dent in debt. Still hoping to clear it completely in June or worst case July. £4150 left - plus £405 for the car insurance for putting DS on it.
