Thanks HM, WelshKiitty, Blackcats, Jwil and Tahlullah
Wales was certainly woollyful and very wet so didn't end up going to NT property. We did eat out though a mooch around 3 or 4 shops before heading home. I had jab 2 on Thursday - and was in bed with fatigue today until about half an hour ago... Could be other stuff catching up with me too - either way it was good to take the opportunity to rest. I got DH to give me some brush pens for art - like painting with an upgraded version of a felt tip pen... I played with them last night and really like them.
DH still hasn't made the requested debt repayments... sigh... I also need to rework our figures and check how much we can afford to pay as we are still over-spending compared to what we were. We've also had annual bills like home insurance go out etc.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

It could be a mix of everything, combined with time off and your body decided it didn't want to play any more.
Getting away would have made a nice change for you, the NT will always be waiting for you to see it.
