  • Love the list of future plans. I've got a similar one for our house and have some est cost plans and time it will take next to each as it helps us think about our decisions. Eg I decorated the office space as I had 2 days off and it only cost £60....but I want to do our bedroom which needs built in wardrobes and new carpets so is going to take time and ££ 😆 
    Current mortgage (1 Jun 2022): £289,501 - originally £351,999 got to love London sized mortgages!
