Here you go seems to have changed the name:

Just look at that name at the foot of the home page:

    UNITI

Looks harmless enough, but for the uninitiated, it's another name for the IPC - as Trev's Cat points out above, they paid for the development of the website.

Then, if you look at the testimonials, included are those from Alun Cockcroft of Excel and Danylo Kurpil of District Enforcement - well, that's alright then. Hmmm
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Other than writing to one's MP or Sir Greg, will Joe/Joanne Public have any way to comment on the new CoP before it is implemented?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

All explained in post #106 on this thread.

Do keep up at the back there.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

    From post 106.

"The CoP committee, comprising representatives from the parking industry, landowners, consumer organisations and government, will be issuing a consultation document, and considering responses before producing the draft code."

Pardon me for being thick, but where does Joe/Joanne Public fit in to those mentioned above?

This will be a public consultation, and members of the public will have the opportunity to comment on the draft code.
