@Sun_Addict - Yes, I've just commented on your diary that I was surprised to hear you'd had lovely sunshine. I couldn't have sat outside today. Thick cardi on, winter tights & socks!! And I bet we are less than 20 miles away from you. Maybe it'll be warmer here tomorrow.

It has been a scorcher in Cornwall. Fish and chips on the beach tonight with my walking group.

    It is nice, isn't it?
I've washed the bedding as I've seen it's going to rain where I am tomorrow afternoon so at least that's one bed sorted. So hard to dry it on wet days.
Twas lovely 😀I'm not sure what it's meant to be doing here tomorrow but I'm going out so I'm hoping it will at least be dry 🤞🤞

You've got the nice weather today then, @OBL.Grey old day here with not a single sign of any sunshine. Thermostat in our hall said 16.5° for ages but has grudgingly inched up to the dizzy heights of 17.5 now. It feels chilly & not like the middle of May at all.

20 degrees here today and I have been out all afternoon weeding my front garden. I got too hot at one point and had to sit down and have a cuddle with B 😀

That’s odd @foxgloves as we’re in the same county and it’s been warm and sunny here all afternoon. I’ve been sitting reading my book in the garden and it was getting quite hot at one stage. How weird.
That's what it was like here. I very nearly sat out with my book but there's so much to do I thought I would crack on and get it done while it was dry. I got my washing dry too

Managed to spend the afternoon in the front garden wedding , I've only done half of it but its starting to look nice again. I caught B sneaking off down the path again today so I'm going to have to keep a close eye on here if she is out with me, she normally stays at the top of the garden and has never strayed down onto the pathway by herself. I once locked her out by accident and a neighbour down the road took her in ,apparently she had spent the morning sat by the front door and didn't move until they took her in 😳they left a note on my door to let me know where she was. I was at work 🙀🙀 she is like a shifty old lady sneaking off in her nightdress 😀

Im off out tomorrow with DD2 to a flea market. It's on a street in town where all the independent shops are. They do it once a month I think or once every couple of months and they raise money for charity. I'm not planning on buying anything because you know no money but I expect DD will find something she likes and luckily I like spending other people's money 😊

Im going to make a curry for dinner tomorrow when I get home so that will be four meals. I still haven't made my macaroni cheese and was going to do that but I've got a craving for curry so will do that instead. I will have one tomorrow night and one on Monday when I get home from work then the other two will go in the freezer. I'm off on Tuesday so might make the macaroni then. I also still need to make my tea bread which I so will do that when I get back tomorrow as well.

Just been catching up a few weeks, as somehow I seem to have unsubscribed from your diary, so I've re-subscribed again. Just wanted to say with regard to the going self managed.  Once we went self managed, we told all creditors we would pay £1 a month until we could sort ourselves out. I then got made redundant a 2nd time and then only worked part time and then 3 years ago, stopped work. Now we have been self managed a few years, we are constantly being bombarded with full and final offers of about 30%, which we will soon be in a position to take them up on.  So don't worry if they won't write off your debts completely.  I am certain you will get offers eventually.
