@Onebrokelady I too have had similar experiences; whether it's ghosts, left- over energy from previous people or what I'm not sure.  Agree that addressing 'it' helps.  I think moving seems to bring something to the surface.  Please keep us posted! Love Humdinger xx

I haven't heard anything today so hopefully it's ok 🤞my experience in my old flat was poltergeist activity which frightened me to death. I would be woken up in the night by my bed shaking and moving. I also saw a hand floating in the air above my bed. I thought I was going mad until one evening I had put my daughter to bed in my bed because she was ill and all of a sudden I heard her screaming, when asked why she said there was a hand near the bed 😳

How interesting, @Onebrokelady. 
I wafted a bunch of smouldering dried sage (smudge sticks) around when we moved into this place, just in case any vibes needed moving on. All four corners of each room - I felt that nicely asserted the beginning of our time here & the end of whatever may have come before.

It's interesting several of us have had the same sort of experience - in my case a very positive one of a feeling of deep peace in a room where someone had been a guest for a few weeks. I used to go in just to experience it but it faded over a few days. I'd not been aware of that feeling when in the person's actual presence though it fits with what I know of them.

I think you are right about old writing resurfacing in the right circumstances - it could just have been a trace on the glass from something that was written ages ago, it's hard to say. I like that she was assertive! A friend did similar and had no more trouble.

I hope DD doesn’t experience further paranormal activity. I lived in a very old house with a resident ghost when I was a child. I asked my mum who the lady was who stood over my bed at night. My mum  caught a glimpse of her going up the stairs on several occasions 😱

Ooohhhhh sounds interesting and a tad scary. Glad she told it she lives there now. Hopefully she cleaned the mirror with lots of washing up liquid to get rid of any greasy marks that showed up in the steam. Hope she slept ok afterwards 😱

I was thinking of doing this but will see how it goes. All good so far today 😊

We had this at work in one of our side rooms where a very poorly patient was being nursed. The family were very religious and had message s of prayers being said from all over the world. I am not religious but there was something going on in that room. You could feel the love that surrounded that patient and staff would come out of the room feeling like they had been enveloped in some sort of positive energy 😊

She gave it a good wipe over but could still it slightly the next time she got in the shower. I told her to do it again and make sure she dries it with a towel. I had it happen here on one of my windows. DDs boyfriend wrote something on the glass and the when the window steamed up it showed up 😀
