Christmas Day wasn't too bad,it was Boxing Day that did me in, I managed to cover it up while the family were here but felt awful after they leftmilann said:What a pity you were feeling so rough over Christmas. You’re plans for the bedroom and having the dolls house downstairs sound very good. It makes sense to have your dolls house where you can see it and work on it 👍
The dolls house is now downstairs and I'm making plans for it 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -

Thanks SG ,my bedroom also ends up as a dumping ground due to lack of storage but I have big plans to change that as soon as possible. Seeing the grandkids was fun, they are such funny characters the pair of them. The eldest did ask to go and lay up on DDs bed for a bit because he needed some quiet time 😀I just thought me too 😂😂Seasidegal58 said:Another here glad to see you posting. Sorry to hear that you were poorly over Christmas but I hope seeing the GKs made up for it!😀
You've some nice plans for the bedroom - there's nothing like an uncluttered bedroom - mine tends to end up a bit of a dumping ground for things as my storage is so tight. That's one thing I want to address when I move next year!Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -
Lovely to see you Hairy and Im sorry you have been ill too, there have been some nasty bugs going round this year as well as Covid, I seem to have had one thing after another since the weather cooled down. I actually feel the best I've felt in a long time today so I'm hoping my immune system has finally got it's act together.HairyHandofDartmoor said:Sorry you were feeling ill at Christmas OBL but I'm glad you managed to spend it with family anyway and that you're feeling better now. There are some horrendous colds around, I had a cold for seven weeks in row since October (or three different colds).Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -
Erm well I was supposed to have a restful day but didn't in the end, I got very bored so ended up doing things 🙄Deni_debt-free_dreamer said:hi OBL, hope you have had a restful day todayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
I didn't have a relaxing day in the end because I got bored so I decided to do a little bit of sorting in my room. I've cleaned the dolls house and moved it downstairs, then I blitzed my bedroom ( dusted and hoovered) and changed the bed. I also got rid of anything that didn't belong and now it looks lovely and tidy. I'm hoping I might sleep better now it's tidy.
I also hoovered downstairs and did all my ironing plus two loads of washing. I think I've sat around for the last four days and I'm itching to do stuff. I feel a lot better today so felt safe to do it all. I did take B for a nice walk in the morning so that was nice and relaxing, getting out in the fresh air put a spring in my step and I felt good when I got back. I have paced myself today with lots of mini breaks to eat chocolate and drink tea 😂
Tomorrow I'm meeting a friend for coffee in the morning and I also need to pick up some pjs that I ordered for DD2 ( the ones I got her for Christmas didn't fit so I'm having them and ordered her some different ones ) and I need to get some food bits for New Years too then when I get home I have promised to do her ironing for her ( I must have been delirious or something ) she is not feeling too good now and is still at work so I said I would do her ironing seeing as I'm off. I don't have any other plans apart from that so should find some time to chill out and read at some point 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8942 -
That’s a productive day. I hate ironing and I’ve left my huge pile till the end again despite promising myself this year I wouldn’t do it!Hopefully you’re feeling better again today and got some sleep xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330
Starting afresh.
You can do anything if you put your mind to it. x2 -
Great to see you back posting OBL . Good to hear you got to see the family on Boxing Day. I am sure you are very busy work wise , enjoy your break this week. Having the dolls house where you can see it sounds ideal.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.2

I'm always promising to do my ironing as I go along but it never lasts. I did fall asleep in the end 😊Willowtree222 said:That’s a productive day.
