  • hi OBL and everyone
I have just had rigatoni caprese for tea!  I can also say it was delicious.  I have enough ingredients left to make it again tomorrow :)
It's lovely isn't it 😊I made it and used all the ingredients then just warmed up the extras

  • Yes good luck with the declawing. You're a braver person than me!🙀
Not brave just tight and refuse to pay someone to do it for me 😀

  • And me! I did the rabbits once and that was an experience!
I've never done a rabbits,we had to trim DDs hamsters claws once and I was so worried I was going to chop his foot off 😀

  • Hope the claw cutting goes well. How are you feeling now with your leg ? Look forward to seeing all the Pom poms done .
I survived the claw cutting without injury 🎉🎉my leg is ok so long as I don't walk too far which is no good to me. Hopefully it will improve with time. I am sick of Pom poms already and we have quite a few still to make 😀

  • IM STILL ALIVE 😂😂 cats claws have been trimmed and I still have all my fingers etc 😀 I have pinned DDs dress so she can sew it, we didn't get round to doing the cactuses because I couldn't find the compost so that's been put off until next week when DD is on holiday

Last night I made 6 pom poms before I went to bed, DD made three plus another 6 today. I am going to arrange them all tomorrow to see how many we have so far and then start threading them together so we can figure out how long the first one needs to be

Today I spent the afternoon sewing my cross stitch so I have now completed one and a half reindeers 😀

I made bolognese tonight but we had it with jacket potatoes instead of pasta and chucked some grated cheese on top ,it was yummy. We get our second lot of Gousto meals tomorrow and I think I'm going to like them all if remember correctly. I'm quite excited to see what's in the box because I can't actually remember what we ordered 🙄😀

Ive got SW tomorrow night and although I'm hoping I've lost the pound I need to lose I d t think I will have. I've been comfort eating this week so according to my scales I've stayed the same which I will actually be relieved about, a loss would be amazing but stay the same would be fine 🤞🤞🤞🤞

I think it's back so I'm going to make the most of it in case it disappears again 😀

  • Today went a bit off plan. I decided I should check my bank to make sure everything was going in the right direction which I'm happy to say it is 😊 then I got a message from DD1 about Christmas presents so I ended up doing some online Christmas shopping which took ages but thats a big chunk of pressies bought. I just have DD2 to sort out and my part of my Mums present then I will be finished 🎉🎉hopefully I will get it all done by the last day of November, that's what I'm aiming for so that I can relax during December but who knows if I will achieve it 🤷‍♀️

I got my sick certificate from my gp ,she has done it for a week so it will run out on Saturday. I am due back on the Sunday for a 12 hour shift so if I'm feeling ok to go I might ask if I can do a shorter shift to see how I get on.

I went to SW tonight and I have lost 1/2 a pound this week which is a relief because the beginning of the week wasn't too good, I'm surprised I didn't put anything on ,I now have 1/2 a pound to go to get to the top of my goal and I won't have to pay ( you don't pay if you are within 3 lbs of your goal ) I am determined to get that next week.

There was bad news on the Gousto box, DD told me last night she had accidentally ordered the next box for next Monday instead of today so no lovely meal for tea tonight. She has now rearranged it to come this Thursday with the next one coming on the following Thursday, depending upon left overs we might be able to bring the order day back to Monday for the week after that . I actually had a bowl of cereal for tea because I didn't feel too good when I got back from SW.
I am off to bed now because I am shattered for some reason.

Take care and be careful not to rush back to work too soon.
Well done on the SW too……you’ve done much better than me 👏👏
