I agree about the grandchildren, I would like to enjoy my retirement. I would help out but not everyday of the week.

I didn't end up going to work yesterday because I was in too much pain,I'm actually gutted because that was my only Sunday for June 😟 my mood has also gone through the floor so I spent most of yesterday and today in bed. I'm going to have to speak to my GP about my anti depressants because they aren't really helping much at the moment. I'm really sorry you've got this to contend with. An appointment with the GP does sound like a good idea. It's taking longer here than it used to so get it made asap.
Being in pain is enough to make anyone struggle.
