I'm very pleased that there was nothing sinister to be seen, but how frustrating not to have a way forward. In the meantime, lots of fortisip? Or maybe make up a milkshake with icecream to pack in the calories, and drink the occasional smoothie? I used to have to know various ways of getting extra calories in for people who weren't eating much... there are good ideas here. Little and often may be the way to go.

However I hope you won't need to struggle on too much and they find a solution for you soon.

Have you considered gallstones? In hindsight I had all sorts of odd symptoms before having a really hideous episode one night. Thankfully all sorted once my gallbladder was removed.
I have wondered about gall stones, my GP didn't make the link from my symptoms though so I don't know

Thanks Cherry but 🤢🤢🤢to Fortisip 😀😀 I am still making myself eat so far and just putting up with the uncomfortable feelings after. I am taking very small bites and chewing really well so that helps. It's a bit weird because I eat food and that seems ok but then if I have a drink at the same time the drink seems to get stuck at the top of my throat,if I then bend over the liquid will come back up 🤢🤢

So I had my test done at the hospital with no after effects but on Friday I had to come home from work with excruciating stomach ache and feeling really sick, I couldn't stand up straight by the time I got to work. They were going to send me to ED because they thought it was my appendix but I thought it might be a reaction from the stuff I had to drink on Thursday so I came home instead. I went back to bed and woke up again at 1pm,I got up then and sat on the sofa, then DD came home and was also ill so it must have been either something we ate or a bug. We both ended up going to bed by 7pm
Today I've felt queasy all day but the stomach ache has gone. I'm working a long day tomorrow then I have three days off.
Im quite excited because I am getting my hair cut on Tuesday 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 and I cant wait,I was supposed to be working but I begged my manager to give me AL she agreed it was for a very important reason.i feel so scruffy at the moment and have convinced myself I will feel like a new person once my hair is looking nice again 😂😂
My bra from Bravissimo arrived and it fits really well, it's also really comfortable so I will be ordering more from there 😊

i am not bothered about my hair as its long anyway but our collie is going to the groomers for a hair cut Tues. His tail is hitting the ground and the feathers on his legs and reartend is soooo long. He will be a smart boy. The other 2 dogs are short haired so no problem. Who would think you could be excited about having the dog groomed. :D:D

It does sound like either a bug or something you ate. I hope you're back to feeling okay tomorrow and the long day goes well.
Enjoy the haircut when it comes!

My hair is the 10th May. I have one streak of grey that is really starting to get bigger and show through loads now. Hopefully having your hair done makes you feel a lot better.

Does sound like a bug. Glad it has gone x

I would be ok if my hair was normally long but it's very short so it feels odd now,it's also developed more waves than I remember so sticks out in all different directions, honestly it looks a mess😀 I'm thinking of booking B into the dog groomers because she really needs a bath but she gets so upset when I do it. When I first got her she was really smelly so I sent her to be bathed and they said she was really well behaved so I'm going to send her again, she can have her nails clipped as well
