My journey to a debt free life

My local is a family pub so everyone getting up to the toilet put a mask on and followed the one way rules, which was great to see. We had one and left as it was cold and I didn't fancy being there later when everyone got drunk. xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Just lost a long post so here is a short version
Haircut is done and feels good
Town was busy with queues for shops
Lots of people sitting outside pubs looking very cold
I forgot to buy an important item today so have to go back tomorrow
I got a letter from my hospital consultant to say the tests show my swallow mechanism is normal 🎉🎉but they are still wondering why my food and drink is taking so long to get down to my stomach so she has requested an endoscopy appointment for me. I just have to wait for the appointment to come though for that now
I am now off to bed 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
Good you have had your hair cut done. Can't wait for mine tomorrow except all my family and friends are saying longer hair makes me look younger
Long hair is such a pain to look after especially if you lead an active lifestyle. Am swimming today with my granddaughter for first time since last September.

Oh exciting going swimming ES.
I think the endoscopy is a good follow on step. They can then have a good look and hopefully see what it is totally.
Does your hair feel totally amazing now you have had it done? xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

That's good news on the swallowing. I hope they can sort the endoscopy soon so you don't have to wait about.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Day off today and a lovely sunny but cold day here. I've been out with B and got two loads of washing done. I'm just sitting down for a bit before deciding which jobs to do today,I really want to go back to sleep but I'm not allowing that or I want sleep tonight
I had a phone call while I was on the bus in the way to work yesterday from the hospital wanting to book me in for a Gastroscopy. They have booked me in for Monday the 26th at 2pm and I had to make sure I had the day off before so I can do a covid test. I was actually meant to be working on the 26th but my boss has given me special leave which we can use for things like this. I also have Tuesday and Wednesday off that week so will have a couple of days after if my stomach feels a bit irritated, I should be ok but I know how unreliable my body can be so it's good to be able to chill out for a couple of days after. Hopefully this test will get to the bottom of what is going on if anything, if they don't discover anything I can just put it down to my weird brain making things up 🙄
Its hard to trust your own mind when you suffer with chronic pain that no one has been able to find a cause or treatment for. I am fully expecting there to be nothing wrong at all and to be told I have to learn to live with my symptoms. I can do that as it will just mean some slight adjustments but it's so embarrassing when you have had loads of tests and they are all completely normal, obviously I don't want them to find a serious problem but it would be nice if they could say ahh yes this is happening and this is how we fix it
