I just have visions of you walking a horse onto a bus! Sorry, just read the bottom post.

I am hoping to get DD back horse riding in a couple of weeks once things have opened and settled. I already know her swimming lessons and also her gymnastics classes are back on from next week so that will be good. x
Despite the fact that its an expensive hobby it is a good one for children, it teaches them all sorts apart from how to actually ride, it helps develop confidence in themselves, how to make friends and possibly who to avoid 😀how to come to terms with the fact that things might not always go the way you want them to, there's nothing like thundering round on the back of a horse to teach you some life lessons and it's good for your mental health too

OBL when I visit dd in-laws it opens my eyes to a different world 😳😳 I used to worry my gks might view us as the poor relatives. But they don’t seem to even notice - thanked us all for what we are - and the in laws are lovely people - just in a completely world to us.
Hope you are feeling ok today 🤞
How the other half live 😀 it always makes me laugh that my nephews fiancé is thought of as being well off because she breeds shows and sells Arab Horses, her horses have the best of everything but up until recently she along with my nephew were living in a caravan in the stable yard with no heating ,she posted a photo on Facebook of them scraping ice of the inside of the windows one winter it was so cold, thankfully they are now renting a bungalow with heating 😀

I hope your barium appt goes well, OBL. I wonder if it could possibly be a hiatus hernia. My Mum had one & could sometimes feel the symptoms in her upper back......the feeling full thing too, as part of her stomach had 'popped thru' her diaphragm muscles, so was higher up than it should be. Well, you will soon know & fingers crossed for you that it will be something manageable/sortable.
Hope appt goes smoothly & that you don't have to wait too long for results.

    Good luck today.

Loving all the horse chat. I have never managed to get back to it since having the girl 17 years ago. Although she rode for about seven years or so. It is so expensive and I can't seem to be bothered enough to prioritise it right now. I too, would have given anything to have my own pony at 11. I think knowing that I would never be able to own my own horse put me off in the end. If I had stayed single longer, or had a more horsey husband it might have planned out, but relationships mean compromise and I obviously wasn't as bothered about it in my early twenties than I could have been.
