My journey to a debt free life

Your body obviously needed some sleep. You did say you felt exhausted so maybe you are burnt out and your body is needing the sleep to recover.
Hope you got some sewing and other bits done. x

Definitely needed the sleep,I must learn to listen to my body instead of pushing myself all the time, I just don't like to feel I'm giving in to the pain as it's easy for it to take over until you end up not being able to do much at all, I think I need to strike a balance though and not push myself when I'm not feeling great 😊Nicnak said:Your body obviously needed some sleep. Woke up to a beautiful sunny day here, it's so warm and nice to feel it on my achey bones, talking of bones I'm actually feeling better in some parts of my body, my legs aren't hurting so much and my feet are feeling a lot less painful, my arms and hands are still not great but I think at the moment they are possibly as good as they are going to get
Im going to go back to work tomorrow to see how I get on,I'm on a late so don't have to get up early and it's only an 8 hour shift so should be ok,I then have two days off before a long day on Friday and after that I'm on holiday for a week
I also self referred myself to a therapy service last night to see if that will help, they are obviously not doing face to face sessions at the moment but speak to you on the phone, you can also do online courses to help you deal with things,I'm not sure how long the wait is but the problem isn't going away so I can wait
Yesterday was spent sewing and undoing the sewing I had done wrong because I wasn't concentrating, three items I had to undo my work 😡but I got lots done, I was being over optimistic about finishing it yesterday though, there's more left to do than I though, I will finish it this week though if I keep at it, I don't really want to do anything to strenuous so sewing will keep me busy 😊
We took B for lovely walk along the river last night and it was still warm at 7ish, my legs were starting to hurt by the time we get back though so no gardening or anything for me todayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -
It is warming up lovely today. Will you get into your garden to relax? Good idea not to do gardening if you were aching.
I'm hoping to get out tonight for a walk with DD. XSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Although it's lovely in the garden today I haven't sat out in it,the neighbours kids are all out there screaming and crying etc etc so I'm staying in for the peace,I have got the door open though and I will go for a walk later,it's quite windy here even though the sun is outNicnak said:It is warming up lovely today. I've managed to get the edging done on my sewing today, all I need to do now is out DGSs name on the top and finish off a couple of bits of backstitch on the animals and it will be finished,I've just stopped for a coffee and to give my eyes a rest 😊 I am so happy today because I found my lovely special scissors that my DD bought me, they are little metal ones in the shape of a stork and I lost them months ago,I searched everywhere but couldn't find them ,today I was looking in a box for something else and there they were right in front of me,I had looked in this box before but didn't see them, mind you I spent a couple of minutes looking for my glasses yesterday and they were on my head 😂
Edited to say, oops I meant to post that the new Gardening Programme about growing your own starts tonight so I shall be watching that laterOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8945 -

Glad you found your scissors: these things are special.
I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
The sun's been out and I think I’m solar powered (Onebrokelady)

Was that the Alan Titchmarsh one? It was interesting. I want to restart growing my own. We used to before Mr SA became ill and I think it would give him an interest.Glad you found your special scissors 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3

It was on ITV Cherry, it's only three episodes. I recorded it so I can rewatch when I've forgotten all the advice 😀Cherryfudge said:

I was really pleased I found my scissors, I have a bit of a thing for ornate scissors and keys. I would collect them but I don't want the clutter 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
Yes it's was SA. We had an allotment a few years ago but we didn't really know what we were doing. We did manage to grow quite a lot of veg though 😊Sun_Addict said:Was that the Alan Titchmarsh one?
