Thanks everyone, it's a combination of not going anywhere, the garage rent which I thought I had already had this month and B not being able to have her vaccinations yet, the vet messaged me today to say they are sorry they haven't been able to do her yearly booster because of lockdown and now because it's late they will have to do the whole course again but because it's their fault they will only charge the same price as what the booster would have cost, it's worked out in my favour because I had actually forgotten about her booster and didn't know they weren't actually able to do it, they are going to let me know as soon as it can be done but that will now come out of next months wages,I get paid in seven days so not long to waitOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943

Well after an awful nights sleep I got up at 9 to get ready for work but would have gladly stayed in bed for a few more hours, work was quiet again apart from a small adhock clinic that had just three patients on it, the afternoon dragged on and on and it was really hot, I'm hoping we won't have to keep wearing masks all through the summer because it's unbearable now and it's not that hot outside yet, our ward is like an oven in the summer and regularly reaches 28 degrees 😟
Im home now and chilling out for a bit before bed, Im off tomorrow and have to go shopping, I'm trying Slimming world again so need to buy some more healthy food 😀 one of my colleagues said they are offering free membership to NHS staff at the moment but I can't find anything about it, It must be for those who normally go to meetings,I want to try the online version, they are doing virtual meetings at the moment but I'm not sure I'm up for that 😀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8943 -
Beautiful day here today 😊my plans have all changed though,I woke up notfeeling great so didn't go shopping, I will pop down to my local later for some bits, DD is making lasagne for tea so that's sorted and I just need dog food and yogurts so shopping can wait until Saturday
This situation is really getting to me now so I'm not feeling great mentally today, I know I shouldn't let it wind me up but I'm really annoyed at my neighbours total disregard for what's going on, the children from each house have been playing together all week, in and out of each other's houses and all just playing together in the front garden without a care in the world, it's like they think it's all over now and they can go back to normal while everyone else is still keeping their distance from each other, I can't do anything about it but just wanted to get it off my chest
Yesterday I caught the bus to work and some of the seats had been taped off to keep people apart, there was a man waiting who kept standing right next to me,every time I moved he moved as well, then when we got on the bus he broke the tape on one of the seats and sat down behind another person who then had to move, why are people not getting it, I don't want to catch the bus now because it's just not possible to keep people away
Writing this has made it clear that it's the fact that I can't do anything about either of these situations that is upsetting me, I am a person who follows the rules within reason, I will question the logic behind it but will normally comply, I think this is the wrong way to be lately because it never benefits me, all around me are people who don't care about the safety of others, they don't think about consequences and I wonder why I actually bother myself 😟

It’s annoying when you’re willing to comply by the rules and others seem to think it doesn’t apply to them. The elderly lady across the road from me has had her sons and grandkids round every single day. Today she got out of a car with another elderly lady that I’ve never seen before and they both went in her house.I hope you start to feel better mentally soon it’s a right roller coaster at the moment, I’m the same, some days I can cope, some days I can’t. I’m on the verge of can’t today 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)2
