I’m glad you’re getting your pain under control.

Could you buy a garden umbrella online?
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

Great news about work. I have heard that the hospitals apart from the Covid, have been extremely quiet and there are less and less people visiting A&E and things like that. Such a strange situation. I know there will be less accidents with everyone staying at home so that will account for a lot.
Have you been enjoying your garden chairs?
I have tried to put grass seed down in my garden, but It just doesn't seem to grow at all. x

Wow I must have been tired last night,I didn't wake up until 11am this morning 🙀 this has put me behind with everything, it's been scorching hot day here today so I didn't feel like doing too much at all

I took B out for a walk and pegged out some washing, then me and DD went shopping, we didn't get back until 3pm so i had my lunch and I'm now trying to decide what to do next, it's still warm but the wind is getting up and it's starting to look a bit cloudy so I think the promised bad weather might be on it's way, I might go and do some bits in the garden shortly so at least I will have done something out there today

My leggings that I ordered arrived just now so I'm going to try them on later after my shower, the material is nice but they do look like they might be a bit big in the legs.
Ive been inspired by Sun Addicts home workouts so I'm going to start doing some of my own,I can't do anything that involves jumping around but DD showed me some YouTube videos of two ladies who I think I could work out with, one is called yoga with Adrienne and I think her work outs are suitable for me, I've forgotten the other one so will have to ask her what she was called
Today when I went shopping I didn't buy any cakes, biscuits or chocolate because if it isn't in the house I can't eat it, if I want something sweet I will either have walk down to the shop or make something, I think this is the only way I'm going to stop myself from eating junk all the time, it will also save me money because I won't be buying these products unless I'm desperate 😊

Thanks OBL. No, I didn't out anything out to scare the birds away.
I read that about strokes and heart attacks but out it down to less work stress. People might be stressed though because of lack of money or job so I guess it counters that out x

I read an article saying that there are fewer heart attacks and strokes because while people are working from home they are sleeping better, getting up and moving about more often and may be remembering to take medication better. Mind you I also read one that said there is a rise in visits to hospital on a Thursday night because people are suddenly more active when they go to clap the NHS and keyworkers. I shouldn't laugh.:smiley::smiley:
