Using someone elses auction photo and listing details is against ebay terms and conditions and is enough to get a warning on your account if it is reported.
If you go into HELP and then use the contact system on the left hand margin you come to the category for reporting other users which states the reason as being "copying of your listing". That subdivides down into using your photos, or your text or a photo taken from a web site without permission. If you use someones photo and text you can therefore be reported for two different breaches.

I'm afraid you're wrong there. It's highly unlikely that she's going to sell it at the price she's asking anyway so she will be left with a top she doesn't want and would have paid approx £1 in listing fees.
The point still is that I went to the trouble of taking detailed photos and she has has pinched them. Furthermore, the photos are taken in my bedroom and that makes it even more insulting somehow!Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.0
