Buyer is re-selling my item and has copied my listing and my photos!

I sold a top last week and the buyer has put it back on Ebay at an inflated price. To really rub salt in my wounds she has copied my listing (identical font and bulleting etc) and HAS COPIED MY OWN PHOTOS!!!!
What a bloody cheek! Is there anything I can do?
TIA

Yeah report him for stealing your photos to ebay .
Or why not use photobucket.com next time and put a offensive photo in so everyone can seeR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0 -
In addition to reporting her to Ebay for breach of copyright of your photo, could you add anything to the feedback you have left for the original transaction?
Could deter any buyers, or at least 'encourage' her to do her own photo?
Have you contacted her directly?0 -
You could also put your name in the ie your ebay id for future picturesR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0

Sorry but - Does it really matter - you sold an item for the price the market was willing to pay .
Good luck if they can make a profit after paying you, postage and ebay fees
(I am assuming this was a one off and its not an item you are selling regularly)Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -
I think the point of the matter is the original seller did all the hard work taking pics doing a write up of the article for someone else to steal it .
I do agree that they can try and sell it for a profit as they own itR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0 -
Now I've calmed down a bit I'm not bothered that she's re-selling it. It's a free country and all that - what I am annoyed about is that she has copied my listing and my photos.
I did use photobucket for my photos (thanks to advice on here!) but what concerns me is that if I report her to Ebay they will "do" me for not paying for additional photos.
jaffa30 - that really is an excellent suggestion about the photo - if I changed my photo through photobucket would it alter hers? Sorry but I'm not that technically minded - I just struggle through!Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.0 -
Not sure on that one, is there any kind of copyright thing you automatically have on pics?0

Yeah it should do as long as you keep the same link to the original pic just change the pictureR.I.P Sam, still in my heart0

I can feel a picture of the dog's bottom coming along...
What if she just copied my photos and saved them as her own?Hopeless by name, hopeless by nature.0
