I would add though, if anyone is struggling with an eating disorder and finds the diet chat triggery, we can take it elsewhere.0

Me too very overweight due to wine and resultant snacking calories. Went back to the gym last night. When I get back it's usually about ten ish. So start tidying up and look in fridge to see how much wine OH has had, 3/4 of a bottle. Hmmm he says he doesn't drink much but I find myself getting irritated by it when I don't have any. He's my drinking buddy when I do.
Loving waking up smug and hangover free but sleeping still isn't great.
Calling in 5 afds for yesterday.

Well after a boozy (for me) weekend that dragged into Monday...I managed to haul myself on to the wagon last night and feel like I'm back in the AF zone of joy! :TWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0

That's still not far off a healthy BMI though for someone who's 5 foot 4. It's like just a smidge over...a healthy BMI being 24 and yours being 25. Those healthy weight bands are quite wide. I could lose a stone and a bit and still be in the healthy weight band for my height (5 foot 2). AND I WOULD LOVE TO LOSE A STONE AND A BIT. I wake up everyday and try and lose weight!
I hate putting on weight too though, so I totally get it. I hate that feeling of tight cloths etc...
I find losing weight as mysterious as being AF.
