  • Glad to hear you had a good time!  And also that Mr SA is happy with his shoes!  Shame about the scooter though.

That sounds like a real break of a day, and well deserved, too.

What a nuisance about the scooter.

  • The scooter nonsense sounds a real pain especially as the replacement is smaller.
I'm sure your sore head will be ok and ready to handle the fizz this evening!🤪. I'm looking forward to Strictly as well - can't wait to see what AJ is doing tonight!

Can you tell Mr SA that anything he "wants" now has to go on the Christmas list?
Or, can you recycle old (good as new) items?
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

I think that's a good idea from satchmo1, @Sun_Addict, about all 'wants' going on a list for Santa. It would give you some some hopefully useful ideas & you'd know that they are items Mr SA wants. How annoying about the scooter problems. My Mum relied on hers as although she could walk perfectly well, she had a rare illness which caused significant muscle weakness after too much exertion. Scooters are a lifeline for so many people's independence.
