Recipe sounds delicious I had to go to hospital with my hubby a few weeks ago he had to have a check up and some x rays didn’t think he could manage with the dressing and undressing they let me go it was fine but didn’t need me anyway they did it all it was fine there was nobody there it was empty I think they were putting a good space between appointments6

Hope Mr SA scan goes ok. It’s amazing how they have managed to get people to appointments and still distance. When I think of how they used to pack people into waiting rooms. Many moons ago when I spent a lot of time at hospital with one of my children - everyone had a 1pm appointment and the doctors didn’t come into clinic until just before 2. I got wise to this and asked for later appointments. Even befor Covid they’d improved on this 😳

I am still waiting for an appointment that the neurologist said he would fit me in soon. That was last October. Other than that reply to a letter I sent him I have had no conatct since a phone call last June. I was supposed to have a routine appointment or phone call in December. I am seriously thinking of another letter as I would like to speak to him.

Hope Mr SAs scan goes ok next week ,it must be quite nerve wracking each time he has one 😟
I actually did some exercise just now,I did squats while waiting for the kettle to boil 😀I listen to Dr Rangan Chaterjee's podcast Feel Better Live More and one of his tips if you are a reluctant exerciser is to do a set each time you boil the kettle to make a hot drink, I drink gallons of tea and coffee so if I do this every time it will add up to quite a few reps per dayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1208 -
