Trip to the vets done. Got to take her back in 3 weeks for a second vaccination as the booster was due in June so has lapsed. Was a good walk for me and the dog and have done over 13,000 steps. Mr SA had the cat in her box in the footwell of his scooter 😱 I was shouting at him to be careful going up and down kerbs and when he got too close to the edge of the pavement, some of the pavements round here are pretty narrow and bumpy. He told me to stop being a back seat driver 🤣
Going to have a clean and tidy round then maybe find a film to watch.Lots of washing on the line as the weather is so nice. Sunny and windy perfect drying weather.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
I didn’t really do that much today, did a bit of cleaning, read my book and took the dog on the park at lunchtime. There was a couple on there with 3 dachshund puppies, so tiny and cute 🥰
Mr SA was going on and on about wanting to go shopping in town and it took both DD and I to make him understand we are in lockdown and nothing is open 😩 Plus he doesn’t need anything from town 😩
Pleased with today’s step count though at just over 17,000 😁 I feel like I’ve not done a lot today but looking back I’ve done a Joe workout, donated to Children in Need, taken the cat to the vets, taken the dog on the park, done some cleaning, learned some more Spanish and read my book.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
Forgot to add one major achievement today - I’ve survived a Friday the 13th without being run over 🤣 Can you believe it’s almost a year since I was hit by the car on Friday 13 December. And almost 4 years since Mr SA ran me over with his scooter and trashed my ankle 😱 It’s a dangerous time of year for me.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)13

Morning, happy Saturday 🥂
Went to the big Mr T’s early this morning, not busy at all. Ended up spending a bit more than planned but have picked up some pond fish food, wild bird food in a feeder, Christmas wrapping paper/tags and a poinsettia.Weighed myself this morning and have put the pound I lost back on 😩 Not surprised though as was a bit slack on the point counting front last week. Back on it again now.Going to take the dog to the park shortly. Weather is a bit gloomy and damp but not raining yet. Will have a tidy up/clean round then relax, maybe find a film to watch this afternoon.Tonight’s meal for me is veggie burger, sweet potato wedges and salad. Mr SA having beef burger and chips. Will probably be jacket potato at lunchtime for both of us which Mr SA will moan about but end up enjoying. He moans about any meal that doesn’t involve meat, chips or loads of bread 😕
Have a super Saturday xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -

I can't believe it's been a year since you broke your leg either 😳. Well done on surviving Friday 13th 🎉🎉🎉.
Your meals always sound really tasty and imaginative.

Good job I got everything that involved going outside done first thing as when I got back from taking the dog on the park it started lashing it down. It’s dark and windy too. Great 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
