I’m surprised you haven’t lost with all the exercises you do SA. Tracking the food sounds like a good idea. Are there any scales you could try.....the chemist or somewhere to compare with your scales. The 7 day sweat challenge sounds like torture to me 😂 I’m debating trying some tai chi on u tube - the worse that can happen is I’m not ready yet I suppose.
I quite enjoyed Rebecca but it’s a long time since I’ve read the book and watched the old black and white film....so I can’t really make a comparison. You must have been shattered - hope you get chance to watch it again.
Hope you have a Marvellous Monday too.January spends - £587.587 -
I don't do anywhere near as much exercise as I did pre broken leg. I averaged 20,000 plus steps a day walking to and from work, going out at lunchtime and then the Pilates, Kettlebells and Insanity on top. I normally track what I eat and count the WW points but odd things don't make the tracker 😉and I know that these add up. I won't be burning as many calories as I used to now I'm WFH despite the exercise.
The dog is being a real pain today, barking at anything and racing about the house. Mr SA took her on the park this morning, I took her at lunchtime but she's still hankering after going in the garden. She wants someone to throw her ball, that's what she's after. Mr SA took her in the garden but they'd only been gone a couple of minutes when it absolutely tipped it down with massive hailstones.
Totted up the finances from last week and £28.03 left over has gone into the iPad pot. Now got £248.47. Payday on Friday so will add a bit more then. Booked Friday off work this week, it feels like ages since I last had a day off. I've got 17 days leave to carry forward to next year, this is a first, usually use it all up. Got nowhere to go and can't see the point in taking a week off just to sit in the house.

Oh I don't know. Sometimes just a week off work even if you are not going anywhere can give you a nice break from the work routine.
I'm looking forward to two weeks off at Christmas. Even if family can't come and visit it will just be nice to have some time off and chill out.8 -
If your body is used to doing a lot more exercise than you are doing now that's probably why you are finding it hard,I think that's partly why I struggle so much ,my body was used to going to the gym at least 4 times a week for an hour or so and I also used to run, after I got ill with Fibromyalgia my exercise levels dropped dramatically, I was able to up it again for a good 6 month period and even got back to the gym until I had a major relapse then my exercise level dropped back down,When I first lost weight years ago with WW I joined the gym when I got to my goal weight and could pretty much eat what I liked but now with the amount of exercise I do I literally have to starve myself to lose weight. Even being ill with Covid and not eating properly for over ten days I've lost 2lbs 🙀🙀 I know you still exercise a lot but it's not what your body is used to, you must be really fit though which is a good thing 😊Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,12010

Morning 😎
Mr M online order delivered and for the second week running I'm not happy. Things missing and substituted with more expensive things which I've rejected. The driver said it was because everyone is shopping online because of the lockdown starting on Thursday. What lockdown? Our area are moving to Tier 3 but as far as I'm aware this isn't lockdown and we are still allowed to shop. I've also noticed the staff discount has gone down to 5% and as Mr M aren't exactly the cheapest of the supermarkets this means I'm not really saving anything now. I'm trying Mr A next week to see how it goes. To be honest although DD works for Mr M she often has a Mr A delivery and she always gets freebies with her order, one week she got a little carrier bag full of bits and bobs. Anyway the missing items means I'll have to walk down to the big Mr T after work, luckily it's nothing heavy.
It's been raining from the off here so haven't been out for a walk, got up a bit later than I wanted to and was wary of the Mr M delivery coming first thing. Will have to take the dog out at lunchtime and then I'll be walking to and from Mr T so will be clocking up a fair few steps today.
Did a short Pilates session after work yesterday. Didn't hit my 100,000 steps target last week, so annoyingly short of it though at 97,391, I wish I'd known how close I was, I would've jumped on the treadmill for a bit.
Our area is to move to Tier 3 on Thursday. The infection rate has dropped so why they are doing this I don't know, although I've heard there's some sort of government handout for Tier 3 areas 🤔 I think the only change for me will be definitely not being able to see DS and the GKs even in the garden, although I believe we could still meet at a park. I've totally given up with this year, it's the pits 😢
Have a terrific Tuesday x

We were lucky. Bassetlaw managed to stay in Tier 2 this time. We didn't get lumped in with Nottingham.

What an awful day weather wise. Managed to take the dog on the park at lunchtime, might try again in a bit. The grass was sodden and so slippery on the banks where there are loads of fallen apples rotting. It's such a shame because there's a huge apple tree on the park absolutely laden with apples but it's in a completely inaccessible part on some very steep banks. The fallen apples make it quite treacherous in parts, I tripped on one the other day going down the path.
Have scrapped the idea of going to Mr T as the weather is so wet, will go first thing in the morning. Have ordered my coffee pods from Amazon, got a month's worth to be delivered tomorrow, at least I know they won't be out of stock or subbed. Work out cheaper per box too at £3.19 as opposed to £3.50. We are down to our last coffee pod 😮 Mr SA just went to use it and I reminded him if he uses it now he won't get a coffee in the morning. He never has a coffee in the afternoon and always wastes a good portion of the cup. He's bored because he hasn't been able to get out on his scooter because of the rain.
Will go for a run on the treadmill later to get my steps count up, then jump straight in the bath which will be bliss.

We had a couple of subs in our shopping for the first time ever but that is Mr S and I sent them back. I think people are starting to panic about food again and I'm dreading Christmas food shopping 😟Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1209
