I’m glad you’re not going to be in the restricted area. I’m dreading what they are going to announce in Scotland today because we’ll be right at the heart of it. Still we’ve got another two and a half weeks in beautiful Northumberland where they are in a semi lockdown anyway. I suppose the difference is it’s very peaceful here. Oh well, needs must we’ll just have to get on with it. Has Mr S A recovered from his fall.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.8

I hope Scotland's announcement isn't as bad as you fear Beanie and Toni's Friend 🤞 It seems never-ending and nothing seems to be working.
The surveyor has been and they will ring when they're ready to do the work. I'm not in a mad rush and happy to fit in with whenever they have capacity.
Have just got back from taking the dog on the park for a run. It's a beautiful day here, sunny, dry and windy so have a line of washing out.

I’ve not seen the restrictions for Scotland yet. I’m finding our local lockdown quite tough as I keep thinking back to when I’ve been at home recovering in the past.....my friends coming around really helped me through then. If it wasn’t for the nurses and builders popping in - there’d be some long day’s ahead. I really feel for people on their own. The sad thing is- the restrictions don’t appear to be making any difference 🙄January spends - £587.589

Yes, Milan. We have a friend in his sixties, lives alone, nice flat but no garden to sit in. As things stand he can’t meet anyone from another household in his/their homes. He goes to the pub to keep up with friends, only one at a time. It’s not to get drunk. It’s just to keep in contact with other people. From Friday he won’t be able to do that . There are some people who are really badly affected. I don’t know the answer to this.
