Our local FB page is a good source of recommendations for this sort of thing so will put the feelers out once it’s been delivered.Mr SA has had a fall tonight, went with a right thud 😩 Thankfully not injured just shook up. He’s started walking like he’s going uphill all the time for some reason.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5

Morning 😎 Another day another dollar.
Not been for a walk this morning, have Mr M delivery coming any time now so ran out of time first thing. I seem to be waking up later and later, probably because of the dark mornings. Did day 1 of 30 days of yoga with Adrienne after work yesterday, I enjoyed it, not sure I want to do yoga every day though, should at least give it a try I suppose. Might go on the treadmill after work depending on the weather, if it's dry I'll go for a long walk outside. Have been enjoying my lunch time trips to the park with the dog.
Fly Lady is the kitchen/dining room, will do as much as I can depending on how much spare time I get today.
Have a terrific Tuesday x

Oh no to the fall. Hope he’s ok and not unduly worried about it. Does it knock his confidence or are his falls easily forgotten?January spends - £587.587

Yes the falls knock his confidence and he's been quite subdued today. He's a bit sore too. He broke his fall on my washing basket which now needs replacing as it fell to bits when I picked it up.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Ugh just seen on local news that we are likely to face a no mixing of households rule later this week as Covid rates have risen sharply with the students going back to uni. That means no visit from DS and the GKs on Saturday if it comes off. We've done quite well up to now and avoided local restrictions - boo 😒
Feel like I've achieved nothing today, had a few work meetings which took loads of time up for no outcome, still nowhere near my steps target and still have loads of cleaning to do.
Still it's only 4pm so have 5 hours to remedy that before bed time, far too early to write the day off.

Our postcode isn’t included on the list where restrictions might be imposed as we’re not in the city boundaries. So fingers crossed 🤞I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

I hope you're okay to go on meeting. It makes such a difference.
Also hope Mr SA is okay.

Morning 😎
Up a lot earlier today thanks(?) to the dog wanting to do her business at 5.30, she then promptly went back to bed. I've been out for a walk, went a very long way round to pick up a paper from Mr T Express to get some steps on the Fitbit. Floors have all been mopped and I filled another charity bag with some of Mr SA's cast offs.
Have added £60.05 to my iPad savings, now have £122.77, building up nicely. CC has been cleared.
Surveyor coming round later this morning for the windows/door, hopefully will get a start date.
Have a wonderful Wednesday x
