Thank you @Sunshine_girl2. Definitely worth waiting for Black Friday.Weekend so far ok. Have taken the dog out to the park twice, got soaked in the rain 🌧 No DS and the GKs this week so a quiet one. DD is at work. Just chilling out reading my book, learning some more Spanish and listening to the radio. Not a lot to report really, not a bad thing.
Hope everyone is having a good weekend xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Mr SA has started pestering me for a new coat. Apparently he’s sick of wearing old stuff. I was having a lovely relaxing afternoon up until that point. This will now be the sole topic of conversation for the foreseeable 😩
One smile though - he thought they now tested you for Covid as you walk into a pub 🤣 He’s obviously got mixed up with the app.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Oh my goodness he never stops pestering you does he
Had to smile at the confusion over the Covid app. I have been inundated with memes about Trump and coronavirus today. Latest shows a picture of him hooked up to bottles of bleach and swigging disinfectant.
Enjoy your book. A recommendation here - ordered a burner and soy wax melts from a family owned Scottish company, Callan Candles, after seeing an advert on my FB feed. OMG the wax melts smell amazing 💕 My whole house smells fabulous, really pleased. I’m conscious that Mr SA’s accidents make the house smell like a care home so anything that makes it smell nice is a bonus 👍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy8 -
