Thank you for the photo @Sunshine_girl2. I really should go there - on my bucket list.Had a busy weekend. The weather has been fab so have been outside most of the time. DS and the GKs visited yesterday, the GKs brought their laptops with them and spent most of the time with DD playing games in her room so didn’t see that much of them to be honest. A trio of gamers 🤣
Today took the dog for a long walk to a park a bit further away. It’s a lovely park just 25 minutes walk away and makes a change from the one across the road. Clicked up 16,000 steps today so happy with that. After that relaxed in the garden reading my book. Have done the meal plan for next week finally using the Pinch of Nom planner book now I can face food again.Weighed myself yesterday and weigh the same as the last time I weighed myself several weeks ago. Need to lose 1lb to be within WW goal range but have put on 4lbs since lockdown. Need to lose 6lbs to be back at goal. Have put a plan in place to get back to goal, just small steps. I’m missing the walking to and from work and just not doing the steps I used to. Blooming damn Covid 😩A friend bought me a bottle of gin for my birthday that included some bottle lights. Mr SA stole the lights and put them on his scooter 😩 Got them back now but annoyed with him for taking them without asking 😡
Hope everyone has had a good weekend xI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Morning all, happy Monday 😎
Didn't wake up until 6.30am so a bit behind with everything today. Decided to just go for a short run and incorporate a trip to Mr T Express for a paper and a lime that I needed for the soup I'm making for lunch. Of course they didn't have any limes so ended up running to the nearest larger Mr T. So the short run ended up being a much longer one, although I couldn't run on the way back as I had a paper, lime and bag of pears in my hand. A bonus is that I'm well up on the step count already 😁
Have broken down the weight loss into 4 small targets and the first one is to get back to within goal range which means lose 1lbs. I thinks that's doable 🤣
Need to do finances today, it's the final week of the 4 week budget period. I'm going to save up for a new iPad as my current one is so old it's stopped updating the IOS and I can't use a lot of the apps anymore. I've had it over 8 years so I think I've got my money's worth. I'll wait and see if they do any Black Friday online deals this year I'm not in a mad rush and it will give me time to save up.
Going to be a hot one today, gutted will be stuck indoors all day although will try and pop out in the sun from time to time if I can.
Have a fabulous day x

Last week I ordered a few bits from the M&S sale online. I ordered a duvet cover, some tumblers and some cushions. I've received a duvet cover, tumblers and a denim dress/coat (not sure which). No cushions! What the chuff! Will have to return the dress/coat but the receipt says cushions 😕 This is why I don't like ordering stuff online.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Forgot to mention Mr SA had a fall earlier on. He managed to get up eventually with the aid of a stool. He's now worrying about what he's going to do next week when I go into work to invigilate. Not told him yet he'll be on his own 2 days next week as it's Friday when I'm going to my friend's house. Might tell him the invigilating is 2 days to save myself hassle. I've told him he can't hold me prisoner here all the time. I need to keep drumming it into him I have to do my own thing sometimes or it's going to be a nightmare for me when I retire in 6 years, I can't bear the thought of being stuck at home with him day after day with no respite.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

Yes, you do need to drum it into him sadly.

Point out to him that he managed before when you went to the office to work, so what's changed, I would also point out that if you don't get any down time you won't be able to look after him because you will be burned out and that he will then have to rely on carers coming inOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,510 Owed = £11,1208

Morning all 😎
Had a patchy night's sleep thanks to the dog getting me up at 1.45am then again a couple of hours later, at least I was up well before 6am today. Had a walk out to Mr T for a paper, happy to see they have butternut squash back in stock after a very long absence, I love butternut squash, have been able to get frozen but it's not the same.
Mr M delivery coming this morning, just a couple of things missing, nothing important.
Have a good one x

The mystery of the M&S parcel has been solved and in my favour 😁 When I put in the original order I added a beach dress on sale for £8.40 to the basket. When I checked out it said it was out of stock and removed from my basket. So instead of the £8.40 beach dress that I wasn't expecting anyway I've got a £49.50 denim dress. I checked the website today and that's the price, it's not in the sale. I tried it on last night and it actually looks quite nice and will be warm to wear in winter. I would never pay £49.50 for it though but I think I've got myself a bit of a bargain for £8.40 😀 The cushions arrived yesterday afternoon. Still an odd one though but that's online shopping for you!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
