It was a shame I didn’t see the mistletoe but my leg was in plaster at the time. Mr SA discovered it. Hopefully it will be back this year.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

Had another nice day in the garden, did the Insanity class this morning then had a mainly relaxing day. Mr SA still improving thankfully 👍 He’s decided to stop taking the tablets the GP prescribed as they’re upsetting his stomach big time. He has a lot of issues with his stomach unfortunately 👎
Started watching Little Fires Everywhere on Amazon Prime, good so far 😎I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

Long story short had a brain tumour as a wee lad.
Two major lots of surgery, radio, chemo.
Has left him with a lot of difficulties sadly.

Happy June
Let's hope for some positive things this month 🤞
Unfortunately heard some very sad news this morning, one of the members of my work team lost his partner very suddenly at the weekend. I didn't know her personally but he often talked about her. He went out to the shops and when he got back she had collapsed, he called an ambulance and sadly they couldn't save her. Totally out of the blue, no previous health issues, not been ill. Just dire.
The new budget starts today and I know I've said this before many times but I MUST stick to the budget starting this month. I know I'll probably be spending a little more on groceries due to not being able to shop around but it's time to try harder. This week I'm basing my meal plan around what needs using up, what's been in the cupboards longest and what I've already got in. I also need to get back on the WW wagon and count points properly as before I know it the workshops will be back on and I don't want a nasty shock at the scales. I'm putting a plan in place and setting some goals for June.
I've been for my run this morning, now on the final week of C25K, it seemed quite hard work today for some reason, took some getting going. Lots of other runners out and about, more than usual.
Mr SA is ok today, still dizzy but I understand that Labyrinthitis takes some time to get better. I've heard of people who've had it for weeks.

Awww that's so sad and such a shock for your colleague, you never do know what's around the corner do you 😟
Im hoping for things to be a bit more positive now we have a bit more freedom. The weather is certainly helping to cheer me up. I've also been trying to eat sensibly over the last couple of weeks and have lost 4lbs but now it's birthday week I think it will just go back on again😂 still at least I'm starting from 4lbs less than I was in the first place.
Im glad to hear Mr SA is ok today but your tight it can take a long time to go awayOriginal Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,89410 -
Spoke to someone at work today who has had Labyrinthitis on and off for 4 years 😱 Comes back when she’s stressed or tired 👎I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8
