He’s not started on the tablets yet HH but hopefully they will do the trick. I try not to go out much after 8am to avoid people. Looking forward to a time when this will no longer matter 🌈I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Hoping the tablets do the trick, glad to hear he’s feeling more himself.....As a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

Afternoon all, another hot sunny day 😎 Shame I'm stuck indoors most of the time although I keep nipping outside every so often.
Mr SA says he feels a bit better today, he's only taken 2 tablets so far, not sure if they'll have kicked in yet. He seems better anyway and has had a good night's sleep and not been sick since Monday, so all good. The only trouble is because he feels better he's trying to walk about too much and then going dizzy, I'm constantly having to keep an eye on him. I wish he'd sit still. His rollator is being delivered tomorrow so he'll be able to use that.
I've booked tomorrow off work. It's very quiet this week and it would be nice to have another long weekend.
Towards the end of last year I joined the M&S Premium Club with the promise of £30 worth of vouchers if I stayed in until at least May. My vouchers came today, in fact £35 worth, with a use by date of August 2021. Funnily enough I ordered some bath towels from them this morning and used my £10 off voucher I got a couple of months ago.
Took the dog on the park earlier and it appeared to have been converted into some sort of boot camp with a group of people exercising to a Tabata timer. All the time we've been on lockdown the same bunch of elderly dog walkers have met up on the park every single morning, all of them from different households, standing quite close together, obviously the rules don't apply to them.

It’s surprising how many folk the rules don’t apply to......I think the opening up is scarier than the closing down of things. I’m in ostrich mode.....taking precautions but trying not to think about the bigger picture.I’m pleased Mr SA appears slightly better, at least talking to the GP has given you permission to call the ambulance without any guilt and you can tell him it’s what the GP told you to call if he objects.....January spends - £587.588

I’m also in ostrich mode... well actually quite happy just being at home.....
pleases to hear Mr SA is hopefully on the mend, and hurray to a long weekendAs a dear MSE friend says “keep plodding” or

I won’t be going far for some time. Work have told us to work from home indefinitely and let folks who can’t work from home use the office. I’ve got stuff in my locker I wouldn’t mind fetching though. Things are evolving quite quickly now so maybe by autumn/winter it will be a different story.
To be honest I’m glad it’s the last of the clapping tonight. My neighbours across the road are the first out there clapping but I’ve watched them break the lockdown rules time and time again. They’re always there looking at who’s out so I think this is just hypocritical. I don’t need to stand outside clapping to appreciate the NHS, I’ve always been grateful to them for how hard they worked to save Mr SA’s life.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -

I won’t be going far for some time. Work have told us to work from home indefinitely and let folks who can’t work from home use the office.SA this what I have been told by my employers as well. I am glad to read that Mr SA is feeling a bit better today, very worrying for you but you just carry on as ever. Now Boris has announced we can see people in our gardens, I hope you get to see your GKs very soon.Enjoy the sun and your long weekend.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.9

We’ll have to rely on decent weather for the garden visits. Imagine if it was raining 🤣 What if they need the toilet 🤣
I’m glad things are moving forward though, it’s about time. There is even a possibility that we will be going to Ibiza in August after all the way things are going. Lanzarote in October looks even more promising. Obviously this is as long as things do keep improving and Mr SA is well. A lot of ifs but a light at the end of the tunnel.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
I'm also being very cautious despite wanting to invite people over. I think Boris was a bit daft saying people could have barbecues, that's just a recipe for disaster. I think it's a bit daft that we can meet people in our gardens but not in the house and yet they can walk through the house to get to the garden but can't then go back in to use the toilet 🙀Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8947
