Things can only get better

Thanks everyone. He has spoken to the GP and she was torn between calling an ambulance and treating him for Labyrinthitis. In the end, as he has improved slightly since Monday, she is prescribing him some tablets but if he's no better in a couple of days I have to call him an ambulance. He has been very restless today and has done nothing but mooch about from the living room to the garden but at least he's managing to do it mostly without my help. This is a big improvement on Monday. So fingers crossed the tablets work and that's all it is.
The hanging basket I ordered at the weekend came today and it's absolutely beautiful, well worth £12.99. The basket is wicker so I'll be able to re-use it next year.

I hope you feel less stressed now that Mr SA has spoken to the doctor and hopefully that will make him feel better.
I'm glad your hanging basket has arrived and you're pleased with it.

Hope it's not Mr SAs shunt but it certainly sounds suspicious,we have a few children with shunts the same as this and it's a worry, Don't worry about calling an ambulance if this happens again because a blocked shunt is an emergency and no one would be annoyed at the hospital if he was bright in, we get quite a few who come in with this and need to be sorted out

Thanks all 💕
Tonight he’s ok, able to walk from A to B although unsteadily, eating well and in good spirits. I’ll give the tablets a couple of days and see if things improve. If not then it’s the hospital whether he likes it or not. His consultant has given him an open appointment for the Lymphoma but if it’s to do with the shunt then this is with the neurologist at a different hospital. On a separate note managed to get a run in this morning and take the dog on the park before starting work. This is what keeps me going right now 👍I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -
Forgot to say DS has been called back into work after being furloughed. Also appalled at the rubbish on the park across the road this morning when walking the dog. The bins were overflowing and loads of rubbish just dumped on the grass. Saw a family coming off there with a pizza box later in the day, granted they were putting it in the bin but it’s only a little park not a tourist attraction that warrants a picnic!! The majority of people round here have massive gardens so it beggars belief.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

When I went down to the chemists for Mr SA’s tablets, I was amazed how many people were out and about. It’s never normally like this, whole families swarming all over the pavements. I had to keep crossing the road to avoid them 😩 Thank goodness I do my runs/dog walks/Mr T Express shopping really early.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

It was a bit like that at the park on Monday, with families everywhere and we had to keep going onto the grass to avoid them as they weren't bothered about avoiding us! Still it was a bank holiday so probably more busy for that reason. I
I'm glad the tablets seem to be helping Mr SA.Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally
