He’s slightly brighter tonight and thankfully not been sick for a while but has no interest in food or his beer which means he’s really off. This isn’t the first time recently he’s been like this so it does make me wonder if his shunt isn’t working as it should - it drains excess fluid from his brain to his stomach which would explain the fluid-like sick. It’s a worry that his brain is producing so much fluid though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Hope he continues to improve SA, but probably better to get it checked out. If something needs to be seen to it's better sooner than later. It must drive you demented at times. (((hugs)))

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Morning all
Mr SA managed to come downstairs by himself this morning and has been back up to use the toilet. He’s also had a bit of breakfast. Keeping a close watch on him for now.
DGS is 4 today, he’s had loads of presents. We bought him a garage and some cars. Had to have the presents delivered straight to their house so only seen photos.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -
Mr SA has been ok all day so far and has had some lunch and is already thinking about what he's going to eat for dinner. He hasn't been sick at all but still feels dizzy although he's managing to get about a bit more without the wheelchair. I've ordered him a rollator with seat as it would help him get about in the house and garden and he could sit whenever he needed to. He's been thinking about getting one for some time now and the past few days/recent falls have made it clear it's something he needs. Managed to find one on Complete Care for £53.99 which I thought wasn't a bad price. Anyway fingers crossed he keeps improving.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

He’s had a Cornish pasty and chips tonight so his appetite is back. Beer is also back on the menu, have warned him in moderation only though. Will need to keep an eye on him as there are a few signs all isn’t good with him. There have been a lot of dizzy spells and falls recently. But for now he seems ok and that’s all I can ask for.
For some reason the cat has started playing up and she did a wee twice in the house which isn’t like her. She’s 10 so not particularly old. Hopefully just a glitch.
Feel like a sick and wee cleaner upper right now. For goodness sake 😩
On the plus side, video messaged DGS and he’s had a lovely day, had loads of presents and a BBQ in the garden. His birthday cake looked amazing.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
