Desk is here and all set up. Loads of room for the monitor, will be great to have the extra screen. OMG the blooming packaging though never seen so much polystyrene 😩 They normally take it away but can’t right now.Work wise am being messed about a bit as to whether I’m back on the helpline or not and more importantly which one. It appears my name is on the lists for both. Not had any training for the new one. Hopefully they will get their act together tomorrow.Took the dog on the park this morning and I was throwing a ball when my bag with my bits and bobs in swung back and hit my hand really hard. I think it was my phone hit my thumb. The pain was incredible I thought I’d broken something. My thumb is still painful and I can’t grip anything 😩
Did day 1 week 6 of C25K after work on the treadmill. Felt like a real effort tonight I wasn’t feeling the love for running at all. Glad I persevered though.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9 -

That sounds really painful, would ice help?
Perhaps you need a short break from the running. Just a day or two - they recommend a rest day in between runs. Anyway it's freezing out there.

But she's 300 miles away and behaving herself! We'd go up if there was a problem, but I'm not driving 300 miles to take shopping when her neighbours are looking after her, even if both of us are isolating and so in theory pose no risk to each other. Having said that, I've been unwell and unless my test (which I need to do tomorrow, as part of a research project) is negative, then I could still be infectious. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet - I like being on my own (it's why I live alone) and while I like seeing my colleagues and friends, I'm perfectly happy talking to them on the phone and don't feel a desperate need for face-to-face contact. Oddly no one seems to believe me!Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,8947

That sounds painful, hope it gets better soon, I'm pleased to see your desk has arrived, hopefully work will get sorted soon for you, my DD only had to work one day in her first week back after maternity leave,I'm hoping she still gets paid her proper hours though, her office building is in a community hospital and they have used it for something else so her team hasn't even got an office to go back to, she had to meet her boss in the car park so she could pick up a laptop and phone,DD said they felt like they were up to something shady 😃Original Debt Owed Jan 18 = £17,630 Paid To Date = £6,736 Owed = £10,89410

Afternoon 😎
Thumb is improving no swelling or bruising it just hurts when I use it. Not as painful today.
I only run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Insanity on Sunday. Then Joe’s PE some days. I should really sort out some yoga to offset all the cardio. Rest day today, just took the dog for a walk.Mr M delivery has arrived with no subs or missing items 🎉💃🥂

@Cherryfudge he’s being very argumentative right now. He’s been unable to leave the house for several weeks since his scooter broke down which isn’t helping. The repair shop are closed until further notice. He knows I’m busy with work but he still appears dead on 12 noon if his lunch isn’t ready and doesn’t understand that I can’t just break off in the middle of something because he’s hungry.
I thought he understood what is going on until tonight when he said do you fancy a night out at the theatre. Bangs head against brick wall.
Work are messing me about at the moment too which isn’t helping.
The council are finally coming to collect our bottle bank tomorrow after not picking it up for several weeks. Was a tad embarrassing putting mine out tonight, although I don’t really care the way I feel right now. Unbelievably someone knocked on our door and asked if she could take the bottle tops for a garden project.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
