My local Tesco express was pretty well stocked yesterday and there were quite a few reduced items. Your shopping experience sounded awful this morning.Sun_Addict said:It's mad isn't it. This woman is working on the till at a supermarket everyday and so wanted to look presentable. I was chatting to a woman in the queue and she said it's a wonder we're still allowed to speak to each other. I know it's a terrible, serious situation but folks need to keep their morale up at a time like this. We'll all be on bread and water and wearing sackcloth if it keeps up like this. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Yes just temporary but will help make a real difference to those on furlough. Ready for the challenge 💪 Don’t know if I’ll be answering calls or processing claims yet. So glad to be helping whatever.
Heard on the radio that supermarket trollies might be checked for non essential items and £60 fines imposed if you’ve got something in there that isn’t. Ugh 🥱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7 -

@HairyHandofDartmoor I think the police presence would be better spent on those idiots who are sadly taking advantage of the situation. Weather forecast here is good 👍 have plenty to do if it’s wrong though.
