Initially for 4 weeks while things settle down. I think most of us will have to have a stint on the new role then return to our normal work. We’ve all been told to take some leave even if we can’t go anywhere but we can roll over more than normally allowed unused leave to next year.I used to love Mr Motivator had a couple of his workout videos back in the day. I’ve always done loads of exercise even as a kid I used to walk miles. The downside is I find it really hard to sit still. I hardly watch any TV and can’t sit long enough to watch a film.Have ordered some garden bits from Robert Dyas.Going to do the C25K in a bit, now on week 2 🏃♀️I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7

I hope your training for the new job goes well this week SA. We've also been told by our firm to take holiday whilst we all working from home. I'm definitely going to take the odd days I had booked out for theatre trips etc. It can't be good to keep working all the time without a break, even if it is at home! Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟

Good luck with training for your new role SA, I hope you enjoy it.
Glad you've been able to enjoy some sunshine ☀️. You're doing really well with the exercise 🙂, I find it hard to sit still for long too. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Mr SA has turned into Mr we’re all doomed tonight ☹️ He’s doing something I’ve not seen him do for ages which is a proper brain injury thing - he’s got a throw and is. going round and round the edges of it with his fingers. He used to do this with the sheets in hospital. It’s very unnerving to watch. He’s worried about getting the virus, have tried to make him see we’re doing everything we can to minimise contact with the outside world. There’s only DD really going out there now and she goes straight upstairs to shower when she gets in. Then I disinfect the door handles and stair banisters straight away.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)9

Sorry Mr SA is so anxious. You're right that the risk of either of you catching it is very low. Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

Sorry to hear Mr SA is so anxious - it must be scary for you both as you’ve seen him so poorly and know how it could be should he catch it.I admire your exercise regime - I’ve been for a walk today but there have been days where I’ve just sat in front of the tv and stuffed my face....I need to motivate myself more.January spends - £587.589

People deal with things at different rates and it may be he's just got to a stage where this somehow helps him cope. He will move on I'm sure and this won't last - the evidence for that is that he's not done it for a long time. I hope he soon processes it and comes out the other side. Perhaps by the morning he will be more distractible.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

Afternoon folks
Hope everyone is well.
Mr SA is still worrying but now it's a headache he's had since he banged his head when he fell a few days ago. I've managed to pacify him by saying it's better to have a headache that he can identify a reason for than one that's appeared from nowhere. He seems ok now and has been mowing the lawn and playing with the dog outside.
I went to the local Mr T Express again this morning, it was a bit busier than on Saturday, I think everyone must've had the same idea as me. Not queueing outside but the store was fairly busy for the size of it. One man was really dithering on an aisle, he could see there were a couple of us waiting to go down there and he was just staring at the veg then picking something up and staring at it for ages before putting it back. He kept looking at me, I'm sure he could feel me boring holes in the back of his head. I was very close to saying something. He wasn't keeping 6ft distance either 😒 Anyway I got what I needed and picked up some things I'm about to run out of in the next few days. Some things are a fair bit more than I would pay normally but needs must right now. At least I'm not impulse buying or browsing - I'm straight in and out like the SAS 🤣
Exercise wise I'll be just doing PE with Joe later rather than live - was too busy at work this morning. After this week my hours won't be flexible so there won't be any more live PE with Joe for me.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
