The training came through late this afternoon it had been tweaked at the last minute. Will start tomorrow now. Quite apprehensive to be honest I really want to be able to help as much as I can but it is a whole new area of work for me. I need to be up and running by Monday when it goes live. My intention is to provide the best service I can.Mr SA is driving me nuts tonight, he’s only bothered about his beer supply and his birthday at the end of the month. Have reminded him these are unusual times and he might have to be very patient 😱I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10

Poor Mr SA and his birthday celebrations....poor you 😳
Good luck with the training - will you still be working at home whilst on the helpline?I bet Joe Wicks will miss you 👍😂😂 He will be in utter shock if I ever get around to working out to one of his exercise regimes 😊🤔😂😂😂😂😂😂😂January spends - £587.587 -
My heart goes out to you, having to deal with Mr SA, but it also goes out to Mr SA too. It must be so difficult to deal with his condition. (((hugs)))

Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Afternoon 😎
Just a quick stop by before I go into my next module of training. It's a lot to take in and my head is spinning. It wouldn't be so bad but Mr SA has done nothing but shuffle past muttering which is quite distracting. It's a shame I can't work from the spare room - the wi-fi signal is rubbish in there unfortunately. It's nice to be able to see in the garden though and have the patio doors open. I'll still be working from home Milann, I'll be taking the calls via a software package.
Beautiful day here today wish I could be outside 😒 At least Mr SA and the dog are out in it.
Did a quick shop at Mr T Express first thing, only one other person in there so it was quite pleasant. Shelves were a bit shy of fresh stuff, looks like they were awaiting a delivery. Will have to go back on Saturday.
Joe's PE was a good one today, the best one he's done so far I think, really enjoyed it.

It’s good that you can see the garden and that you can feel the fresh air through the doors. We bought a signal booster for upstairs so that we got a better signal - it just stays plugged in all the time. It’s made a big difference.

Our hub is upstairs where DS uses it. I used to have wires draped all over the house, which were quite frankly a major pain. When I had had enough (I'm not terribly patient) I bought a plug that goes in an ordinary socket & it is fantastic. I would recommend the 1k not the 500 I've used both. I never thought I would get the same as my son gets direct to the hub, but I do. Well worth it especially if you are working & need to be able to get on with it.

Morning folks, hope everyone is well
Thank you for the signal booster info milann and badmemory. We used to have one that DD bought which was in the spare room but DD has got it in her room now as she uses it for her gaming. It wasn't that good though so will have a look for a better one. For now I'll stay where I am as I'd feel quite cut off upstairs on my own but if it's a problem for me taking calls with Mr SA shuffling past and the dog barking in the background I'll have to move upstairs.
I've got yet more training to do today as I discovered yesterday afternoon I'm advising at a higher level than I was originally told. I'll be so ready for that week off at the end of the month.
Mr M released loads of delivery slots in my area yesterday so I've now got one for the next 3 weeks. I could've put an order in for Saturday but as I've got one lined up for next Tuesday and I've now picked up most of the things I'll need until then it would've been a waste really. Plus my delivery pass only covers Tuesday to Thursday and it would've have cost me around £5 for delivery. I've noticed they're finally doing click and collect to your car boot so this will be great for those with cars.
I'm getting a tad cheesed off with folks who are boasting on FB that they hadn't been out of the house over the Easter weekend when they'd previously been bragging about doing a 20 mile cycle ride that very weekend. Then there are those who are moaning they can't get a delivery slot or get out to pick up shopping because they are over 70 and have mobility issues when you've seen previous posts saying they use an exercise bike for an hour a day and go for a walk every day, plus they have a husband a lot younger than them who has a car, still going out to work and could easily go to the shops (this is shamefully a relative of mine). I think people conveniently forget what they've said!!!
Anyway rant over. Have a nice day 😀
