Afternoon all 😁

Ordered a vax carpet cleaner but went for one with stair carpet cleaning tools so it was another £20. Only have carpet on stairs and landing and bedroom. Out of stock right now (typical) but will be informed when back in stock, not in a mad hurry for it. Got a 30 day free trial of Prime too so will see how that goes but not sure if it will be worth it going forward as I don't order that much from there. Mr SA might like the TV part of it.

Did the C25K after lunch then sat in the garden in the sunshine with a G&T. Every time I sit down the dog brings her ball which is annoying as I've mentioned before.

One week of work to do then off for a week, roll on Friday 🤣

The closer it gets to tomorrow the more scared I am. I’ve never worked on a helpline before but really want to do a good job 😱 What if someone asks me a question I can’t answer 😱 We have been warned some callers may be very upset or very angry 😱

Don't be scared SA. You've done the training, you can do it! Firstly, remember how to mute, and do it quickly - in case you need to swear

- secondly, think about how you deal with Mr SA when he's being difficult and treat the upset and angry people the same way. It's not you they're upset with - they're being irrational, so you need to calm and soothe them. You'll be fine
