Morning folks
Hope everyone is well today. Mr SA is covered in bites from being in the garden so will also be on a mission to buy bite cream as well as the lipsyls. He is a magnet for biting insects.
Have weighed myself in preparation for the online WW meeting and according to my scales have lost 1lb since my last weigh in. Need to get back on the tracking though it would be so easy to start putting weight on during this crisis. Also need an proper exercise plan, would like to find a pilates class online. I need a proper structure to my days really. The dog has only just got up so will need to take her out before I go to the shops. I assume I'm allowed dog walking and shopping all in the same day?
Have a good day all 😁

I hope you can find what Mr SA needs and don't need to queue for too long at the the chemist.
I think you're allowed to go out twice in a day for different reasons. After all you may not be able to take the dog to the chemist and you can't buy the toiletries in the park 😁.
Now I've seen how lovely your garden is I need to raise my gardening game. Have a good day.

Well done with the weight loss! I've noticed my weight is creeping up - I've not really been snacking so it must be the portion size!I feel for Mr SA and the insect bites. It's weird how they are drawn to some people - my mum used to say it's because some people have 'sweet' blood!🤣
On checking the Government ruling, you're allowed out to go shopping for essential shopping, medical needs and also an hour a day exercise (I feel like a racehorse!)

Well that's an experience I don't wish to repeat. Took me 1.5 hours to pick up Mr SA's prescription, bread and a paper
Was an hour at the chemists, not because of the queue but because the staff were painfully slow and quite brusque. Thankfully I picked up his lipsyls and bite cream at the same time because the queue outside Savers was horrendous. Mr T Express was fine, queuing outside but moving quickly. I'm really not looking forward to venturing out to do a bigger shop once my Mr M slots are no more.
I'm afraid I was in tears on the way home looking at all the small local businesses locked up when they're normally so busy and the way everyone was walking around in masks and gloves like a post apocalypse movie
Can you believe I developed a cough and a husky voice the minute I opened my mouth to speak in the chemist. I'm sure it was caused by standing outside in the wind but they looked at me like I was a leper.
Only just got back in time for the virtual WW meeting. It was ok but not the same obviously.

Oh dear , I think it's because it's Saturday, maybe try going in the week . I went yesterday and it was very calm at Aldi and Tesco only small queues. It's done now and tomorrow is another day .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.7

On Monday it will be 7 years since Mr SA came home from work having seizures and so began 9 months of hell and a complete change of lifestyle. I literally have had a 7 year run of bad luck and was so hoping that this would be the year that the curse was lifted.
Thanks for the tip sunshine girl, I'll try a weekday next time. I'm going to try for prescription deliveries going forward as our local chemists is a nightmare at the best of times.
Have put in an online order for WW supplies, it says delivery may be slower than normal. Last time I ordered from them it was when I broke my leg, it took so long to arrive I was back on my feet again so they're not exactly fast at the best of times. Good job I'm not desperate.

Sorry you had such a rotten experience shopping today. ☹️ As sunshine says it's probably so crowded because of the weekend.Fingers crossed things for a run of good luck. You certainly deserve it!🌈Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
