I’ve never read Georgette Heyer books but my grandma was a fan. Will look out for them in the CS when they reopen and give them a try. I’ve read a lot of Agatha Christie books and used to go to the plays at the theatre with my mum when she was alive.Done the clapping thing tonight but from window not doorstep, quite a few people out.Did a run on my treadmill after work to get my steps up.
Mr SA has got us watching a ‘cheerful’ programme about cancer, then we will be watching Hospital 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8 -
Great tribute to the NHS tonight, quite a few neighbours in their windows clapping and some outside.Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.6

I just keep listening to Harry Potter on Audible!
but think we have some of those books knocking about somewhere. I shall investigate.
We did the clapping and it was brilliant. I was so chuffed by people, there is good in the world.

Morning everyone
Had to think about what day it was this morning. Took the dog on the park first thing but everyone else seemed to have the same idea so we didn't stay long. She'll be out in the garden with Mr SA most of the day again. Will be doing the Joe Wicks workout at 9am again. Revived my subscription to the Motion Traxx app as it has some good guided running workouts on there, only £3.99 a month, although I think for new subscribers it's gone up to £7.99. The instructor from the Insanity classes I went to before I broke my leg is going on You Tube so will do his class, provided it doesn't clash with anything else.
Going to do a month's meal plan, using store cupboard/freezer stocks and base my final Mr M delivery on what I'll need IF I can get back on the site. Will still have to go out for fresh stuff but will cross that bridge when I come to it.
Hope everyone enjoys their Friday as best they can under the circumstances.

I've been wondering what would be the quietest time of day to go for a park walk. I'll have to experiment I guess. I'll try mid morning and see what that's like. Mainly early mornings and lunchtimes will be popular with people working from home 🤔.
It sounds like you'll still be getting plenty of exercise SA. I must start doing my yoga dvds.
