@Sunshine_girl2 Mr M don’t do click and collect and DS lives 25 miles away. We’ll get by somehow.
@beanielou I imagine the blood in the mouth must be from coughing. Sounds grim 😩
Have emailed Mr M about the lack of slots but not heard back yet. Heard that Ocado have closed down their app and website for a few days and Mr M ride off the back of them. Got a big order coming tomorrow, not holding out much hope of it all being available.Loving all these online concerts, workouts etc some good things coming out of all this.
Aside from all this, everyone is ok in the SA household at the moment 😀
I think 2020 will be forever known as the year that got cancelled 😩I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -

Yes I’ve emailed Mr M explaining the situation @feeldaburn. I’m trying to go out as little as possible, if I got the virus and passed it to him I don’t think he’d fight it off. It’s annoying when I have to rely on online deliveries as a matter of course all year round.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Shame Mr M don't do click and collect . I hope you get sorted out. Could you walk and come back in a taxi if supermarket not to far. If I lived nearby you could come with me and we could battle together .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.7

If it comes to it I’ll have to buy a shopping trolley and walk to Lidl or Aldi. Mr M is 3 miles away. That defeats the object of me social distancing though. For now I have deliveries booked until 2 April so will deal with it as it comes.DD has come home with some lovely flowers for Mother’s Day for me as she’s not back at work until Sunday and worried there’d be nothing decent left by then.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)8

Your flowers sound lovely. 💐 She is right there will be no decent ones left at weekend. I love the flowers from Mr Ms they last ages.
Could your dd do some shopping whilst she’s at Mr M after her shift at work? Even if it meant paying for a taxi for her. I suppose that’s a silly question to ask because if it were possible you’d have already done it.🤔👍
Stay sage - I’m pleased he got his beer - even if he paid over the odds. If he’s happy it gives you a happier time too 👍January spends - £587.588 -
I think it's time to take whatever positives we can however small. Enjoy your flowers and let Mr SA enjoy his beer.

I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy7 -

Morning all, hope everyone is ok
Mr M shop been delivered, nothing missing not even the chopped tomatoesWe will survive for the time being. I've got a decent stock of non perishables and will just replace what I've used. Spending a fortune on groceries as I normally let stocks run out before I replace. The delivery driver said he'd only got 10 drops today instead of the usual 18 but everyone's order was bigger than normal. I had to open the door and stand back while he put the bags in the hallway so there was no contact. He made it clear that he had hand gel under his gloves and that his gloves were changed every delivery.
Will need to pop to Savers today for some hair dye, light bulbs and kettle descaler - surely folks aren't stockpiling these! Incidentally why is it so hard to buy light bulbs? Can't seem to get just a normal lightbulbs these days and they are so expensive.
