When Mr SA was very poorly 7 years ago (soon be coming up to the anniversary of the start of the nightmare at the end of the month) my coping mechanism was one day at a time. If I came away from the hospital and he was comfortable then it was ok. I tried to do as many normal things as possible. So I will adopt this tactic and if everyone is ok at the end of each day then it’s been a good one.So tonight I’m grateful that everyone is ok, we have plenty of stocks of food etc (but not beer 🤣) and I can work from home.
We WILL get through this 🙏I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)10 -

Living one day at a time is a difficult skill to master, but when you think about it, that's real life: we get it one day at a time.
And we WILL get through 🙏

Morning folks, hope everyone is doing ok.
I can hear Mr SA getting up, far too early for him, it will be a very long day for me plus he'll be confused.
Going to get myself a routine for the days ahead, exercise time, housework time, etc. Yesterday I was a bit up in the air and unsettled. Raining at the moment but when it stops I'll take the dog out.
Need to ring the vet as my cat's flea stuff has run out and she needs doing, the vet would only let me have 3 months worth last time and wanted me to take her back to be weighed. I'm going to say in the current situation I don't want to have to get in a taxi and wait in the waiting room just for her to weigh the cat, seems a bit over the top when the cat is fine.
Yes Mr SA is up and grumpy

The vet is letting me pick up 6 months of flea treatment thank goodness.Just tried to book Mr M delivery slot for 7 April, no slots available 😩 Really going to struggle if I can’t get groceries delivered. No doubt these slots are being taken up by people with cars who have cleared the supermarket shelves so are now doubling up online. I’ve got slots booked until 2 April will just have to keep trying as they release them.
Mr SA went out this morning to fetch beer in case Mr M don’t have any. Cross with him because he’s paid over the odds for it. Plus he shouldn’t be going out but insisted.
One of my friends has likely got the dreaded virus, coughing and very high temperature. She has asthma and had a heart attack last year. They’ve told her to stay in for 14 days and only go to hospital if she gets blood in her mouth 😱
Work IT has been playing up again today so that’s been a pain.Have been disinfecting the house with hot water and Zoflora, it smells lovely 😁I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6 -
SA thanks for the Joe Wickes tip last night, I have done one of his workouts today. Boo to Mr M having no slots , do they do click and collect could your DS take you to get your shopping. It's a horrible time but everyday that passes is one nearer the end whenever that is. Expecting schools to close this week , that's when the fun starts .Life is an adventure, never stop exploring.7
