Aw thank you NMC :) I'm definitely not doing anything special, just doing what I can given the circumstances, it's either sink or swim.

So that's Monday and Tuesday done anyway. Day off tomorrow to meet retired friends for lunch, going on the train, looking forward to it :)

Budget pots almost empty but only got to last until the end of this week. Brilliant bonus to grocery budget in that I found I had a £10 Mr M & More voucher towards tomorrow's shop :)

I had a couple of pairs of skinny jeans I bought at the end of last year which fitted but were a bit tight. Really pleased to find tonight that they fit very easily now, so the hard work is paying off finally :)

    Thanks folks xx

Had a fab time today, all over far too soon though. They're all such good company. They all lead such full busy lives despite being retired, particularly the friend we all travelled to see, her zest for life is truly inspiring. Mr SA only phoned me once, he promised not to keep ringing me, he knew I'd have my phone in my bag and wouldn't hear it if I was chatting.

Anyway shattered now, early night on the cards I think, yawn :)
