You need some Respite.. for goodness sake look into it before you have a Breakdown.:eek: I'm sure that the Social Worker would be able to offer suggestions, but you would have to be able to put your foot down with OH. ((hugs))

I agree with Chrystal. In the New Year perhaps you can have a family pow-wow with the rest of the family (including Mr SA's sister and OH) to see if they can step up to the plate and help out so that you can have a few days away.
