What's the Christmas gin called SA?
Might have to get a bottle of that.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)3 -
Thank goodness it’s Friday. What a manic week and next week will be even busier!I was in the office today. Had a very early lunch break and went to Mr S for some wholemeal breakfast muffins. Also bought the dog a Christmas stocking.Mr SA phoned me when I was really busy to say he’d seen the exact jacket he wants in a local CS. Had to persuade him not to buy it as it was size medium and he’s 3XL 😖 He’s so lucky this is all he has to think about! After work went straight to the hairdressers on the way home for a trim. I was hoping to have time to nip home with my bags first but it took me longer to walk home than I thought.Step count is 23,000 today.Tonight’s dinner was pan fried vegetables with wholemeal pasta and red pesto. It was really nice, no recipe just made it up as I went along.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)6

Things can and do get better. I'm sorry for your loss, not your diary I couldn't have read it had I known it was there. The loss of the life you had before and I know what it's like. My wife had a brain tumour on the left side, the operation sadly went wrong and left her disabled and with brain damage, couldn't talk or understand. I cared for her on my own for 9 years, she went into a home and in 1 year passed way, that was 10 years ago.4

Happy Saturday 🥂
ClubFit this morning then took the dog for a run on the park. After that we went to a Christmas fair at a local pub. The intention was to have a look at the stalls then have a drink and lunch in the pub. Unfortunately the pub was rammed, you couldn’t get near the stalls properly which was a shame as they had some lovely gifts for very reasonable prices. Mr SA was a pain and kept picking things up on the stalls and knocking over the displays. I had to keep apologising for him. He can’t just look he always has to pick things up even if he’s not really interested. I didn’t buy anything in the end.Mr SA wanted to have lunch in a local Spoons on the way back but it was absolutely rammed, not a spare table in sight. Ended up having lunch at home.So it turned out to be a low spend day just bought a paper, bread rolls and milk from Mr T.
Mr SA somehow managed to pull the bedroom curtain pole bracket out of the wall yesterday while I was at work so that still needs sorting. He tried to blame it on the cats!
Prosecco has been chilling in the fridge since around 7am. Curry night tonight and then Strictly 💃I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)5 -

Morning happy Sunday.
I really must crack on with the housework today, didn’t get much done yesterday. I have a very long to do list.It will be NSD 6 (I think).
Mr SA and the dog are still asleep. The dog will need to go for a run on the park later.
Bought an on demand FitSteps class yesterday so will do that at some stage today. I’ve got the class until the end of the month as the instructor has had an op on her leg and has to rest for a few days. So I can do this class as many times I like.
Tonight’s dinner is a portion of nut roast from freezer stock with roast beetroot, swede and sweet potato to use up fridge stocks. I need to make a batch of soup for work lunches.
I also need to use up the leftover Prosecco from last night, that will be a tough task 🤣I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)4 -
I am sorry that you have the very hard task of finishing your Prosecco today. It will be tough but someone has to do it..3
