Your room looks lovely, very warm and welcoming.

Mr SA needs a stern talking too though. What was he thinking?

Your room looks lovely. How annoying of MrSA…hopefully getting caught red handed will put him off future attempts!

I wondered how you were going to keep Mr SA away from your chair as he patently can't resist anything he shouldnt touch.

He is crafty though, waiting until you're at the office to have a tinker.

It would be funny if his tinkering wasn't so destructive both to himself and to your hard earned possessions. So soon after his bath/ambulance/hospital experience as well where going against advice played a part too.

I wonder if Mr SA gets bored & starts looking for things to do or investigating stuff for something to do (a bit like cats!). I can't think why else he'd try out a swinging chair when he's not steady on his feet & it's not long at all since that awful long time lying in the bath after falling. I wondered if perhaps boredom leads him into trouble?

I mean I would not dream of going anywhere near a swinging chair. Imagine

At least Mr SA didn’t break your new chair but how frustrating that he will insist on getting into mischief. Worse than a child. I think boredom may be the root of the problem but not much you can do about that given he won’t help himself like joining clubs like Men in Sheds or something similar. Are there jobs you can set him where he can’t get into trouble or will he not do chores around the house?

I think he gets bored and wanders about looking for things to do that he shouldn’t be doing.

He won’t do housework, he says it’s women’s work, yet when he was well, he always did the cleaning if he had a day off work and he always used to help me blitz the house at the weekend.

He doesn’t do anything really apart from now the lawns and that takes him forever as he keeps stumbling then his back goes.
