To top it all off just had to rescue a frog from the kitten. Fortunately it swam off when I put it in the pond so none the worse for its ordeal.

If new rawl plugs don't work, fill the holes with Tetrion Hard as Rock filler, wait for it to set properly (not a Mr SA kind of wait) and you can drill into it and use normal rawl plugs again. Our youngest cat was a curtain climber even when she was a 7lb cat, that's how I know.
    Fabulous thank you 👍

My front window is big too. There's a lot of strain on the brackets even without the cat. The Hard as rock stuff worked though.

    Morning happy Friday 🥳

Day off work today 😁 Plenty to do in the garden but I’ll get ample time to read in my chair. Might finally finish painting the garden bench.

Top of the list job is the curtain pole needs to go back up. What a palaver!

Aiming for NSD 5/12. No plans to go anywhere apart from take the dog on the park before it gets too hot.

In other news BIL, who has bowel cancer, is having his bowel removed and getting a stoma. DD’s friend who we got the kitten from has finally had both her cats neutered after complaints from neighbours.

Good luck with your curtains. Doesnt one job lead to several others?
Glad to hear your DDs fiend is having her cats neutred, at least you wont be getting any more kittens from that source.
I hope your BiL recovers well from his operation and copes ok with the stoma.
